How AutoMail, the compliance-first AI cold email platform that books meetings for sales teams, collects, uses and protects your information on this website. Last updated: June 2026.
The short version
This website is a marketing and signup site. We do not connect to your inboxes, CRM or calendar, and we do not load, send or process your prospect lists or email data through it. We collect only the contact details you choose to submit, such as your work email, plus basic analytics and log data, so we can set up your account and talk with you about getting started. We never sell your data.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what we collect when you visit automail.ai, sign up, or otherwise contact us about the AI cold email platform that writes personalized sequences, protects deliverability, follows up automatically and books meetings. It covers this website only. The handling of prospect lists, inbox connections, sequences, replies, suppression and unsubscribe data within any connected, production use of AutoMail is governed separately by the agreement and onboarding documentation established with each customer.
No sending data connected on this website
We want to be explicit. This website does not connect to your inboxes, CRM or calendar and does not collect, receive, store or send your prospect lists, contact records, message content or suppression data. Please do not send prospect lists or other sensitive records to us through the contact form, by email, or by any other channel on this site. The interactive Sequence Studio shown on the site runs entirely in your browser on sample data. It does not email anyone, nothing is uploaded, and no outreach data leaves your device.
Information we collect
- Information you submit. The email address you provide when you sign up, and any optional details you choose to share, such as your name, company, CRM or approximate outbound volume. We use a short verification code to confirm your email.
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we keep your name, email and message so we can respond.
- Analytics data. Aggregate usage information about how the site is used, so we can understand which pages and channels are helpful and improve the experience.
- Technical and log data. Standard information such as IP address, browser type, and the page or campaign you arrived from, used for security, fraud prevention and understanding traffic sources.
How we use your information
- To set up your account and to follow up about getting started.
- To verify your email address and respond to your questions.
- To send you relevant product updates about AutoMail, where you have asked to hear from us.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To protect the site from abuse, fraud and security threats.
How we think about security and compliance
AutoMail is built for outbound sales teams that need to stay compliant, so security and compliance are first-class concerns from day one. We design to minimize the data we collect, limit access to it, and keep any connected sending workflows separate from this public website. We use strong encryption in transit and at rest and least-privilege access. For connected, production use, prospect lists, message content, replies, suppression and unsubscribe data are handled under the agreement and onboarding documentation established with each customer, and every account is compliance-reviewed before the first email is sent. Every campaign honors one-click unsubscribe and suppression, and we operate in line with CAN-SPAM and GDPR. You remain responsible for your own lists and your permission basis. We do not claim any certification or status we do not hold.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site, such as our email delivery and analytics providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform their function. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and our users.
Data retention
We keep the contact details you submit for as long as needed to set up your account and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and security obligations. You can ask us to delete the information you have submitted at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit and at rest, and we limit who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to collect as little of it as possible in the first place.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete the information you have submitted, and you can opt out of non-essential email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. To exercise any of these, email us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
