Outreach.io Alternative with published, flat monthly pricing
One thing worth knowing before you compare: outreach.io now redirects to outreach.ai, and the product has been repackaged around AI credits into Amplify Core, Plus and Pro tiers. A lot of pricing articles still describe the old packaging, which is why the per-seat figures floating around the web disagree with each other. Outreach publishes no prices; its own page says pricing is per user with no platform fees, which contradicts the platform-fee claim repeated in many competitor blog posts.
What can be verified: Vendr's data from 908 real purchases puts the average Outreach contract at $45,540 a year, ranging from $8,640 to $213,832, on an annual commitment with roughly a month of implementation. For that you get a genuinely deep platform: dialer, Kaia conversation intelligence, deal management, forecasting and scenario planning. What you do not get is mailbox warm-up or inbox rotation, because Outreach is designed for multichannel sequencing to known contacts from a corporate domain, not cold email at volume across secondary domains. AutoMail is built for exactly that, at $49 to $249 a month, published and flat.
Personalize · deliver · follow up · book the meeting
AutoMail researches and writes a 1:1 sequence. Sample data, nothing is sent.
Live, interactive · personalized · no card needed
Permission-based B2B outreach · 1-click unsubscribe in every send · deliverability protected
Outreach is the right platform for a 50-plus rep org running sequencing, deal execution and forecasting off Salesforce. AutoMail is the right tool for a team doing cold outreach across secondary domains that needs rotation, warm-up and personalized copy.

Why teams pick AutoMail
One cold email engine that runs the whole outbound job
Designed for cold, not for warm
Rotation, warm-up and per-send placement checks are core here because cold email lives or dies on them. Outreach leaves warm-up to third-party tools because its design centre is known contacts on a corporate domain.
No credits to meter
Outreach meters AI work in credits with overage on top, so heavy personalization has a variable cost. AutoMail personalizes every email on a flat fee, and the bill is the same in a busy month.
Where Outreach wins outright
Forecasting, deal management, territory planning and conversation intelligence are real products we do not have. A revenue org that runs on those should buy Outreach.
