HeyReach vs Lemlist pricing, LinkedIn senders and which is better
The short answer
HeyReach is a LinkedIn automation tool built for running many sender accounts, and it sends no email at all. Lemlist is an email platform that adds LinkedIn, SMS and calls on its Multichannel plan. HeyReach costs $63 per LinkedIn sender a month on annual Growth, or $799 a month annual for 25 senders on Agency. Lemlist Multichannel costs $87 per user a month annual ($109 monthly), and its Email plan starts at $55 annual. Buy HeyReach if you run LinkedIn across many accounts or for clients. Buy Lemlist if one or a few reps want email and LinkedIn in one sequence and one bill.
AutoMail researches and writes the 1:1 sequence right here. It runs in your browser, so no email goes out.

Quick verdict
Who each tool is for
Both HeyReach and Lemlist are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.
Pick HeyReach
You run LinkedIn outreach across many accounts, for clients or across a sales floor. From about ten accounts the per-sender price beats per-user pricing, and the $799 annual Agency block covers 25 senders with white label and one inbox. Budget a separate email tool and, on Agency, your own residential proxies.
Pick Lemlist
One to a handful of reps want email and LinkedIn steps in the same sequence, with warm-up, a 650M+ contact database and a dialer under one login. Multichannel at $87 a user annual is simpler than buying two tools, as long as you are not reselling it to clients.
Pick AutoMail
LinkedIn is handled and email is the channel that actually books meetings. The AI researches each company, writes the opener and follow-ups for that prospect, warms and rotates your inboxes, pauses on reply and routes interested answers to your booking link. Flat per workspace from $24 a month annual, unlimited seats.
People put these two side by side because both show up when a team decides to add LinkedIn to outbound, and because their own blogs review each other. They are not the same kind of product. HeyReach does one channel, LinkedIn, and is engineered around running dozens or hundreds of LinkedIn accounts from one dashboard with a unified inbox. Lemlist started as a cold email tool, still treats email as the core, and sells LinkedIn steps, SMS, a dialer and a WhatsApp add-on inside one sequence on its Multichannel plan.
The pricing follows the design. HeyReach Growth is $79 per sender a month, $71 on quarterly billing and $63 on annual, and then come flat blocks: Agency at $999 a month for 25 senders ($799 on annual billing) and Unlimited at $2,999 ($2,399 annual) under a 300-sender cap. Lemlist, checked on lemlist.com in October 2026, sells an Email plan from $69 a month ($55 annual) with unlimited users and email senders, where the price rises with the monthly email volume you pick, and a Multichannel plan at $109 per user a month ($87 annual) with five senders per user. A lead data add-on starts at $20 a month ($16 annual).
Two practical facts decide most purchases. First, HeyReach has no email step. It hands leads to Instantly or Smartlead through native two-way integrations, and to anything else, Lemlist included, through webhooks, Zapier or Make. Second, Lemlist terms say a subscriber may not hand the service to its own customers; agencies that run client campaigns need its indirect subscriber terms and must separate each client in a sub-account. HeyReach includes white label on Agency. Neither tool writes the actual message for you, which is the gap AutoMail covers on the email side.

The third option
Where AutoMail fits between them
The AI writes the sequence
Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.
Deliverability built in
Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.
Replies become meetings
When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.
One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.
