AutoMail

Waalaxy vs HeyReach pricing, sender limits and which is better

The short answer

Waalaxy is the better buy for one to a few LinkedIn profiles and HeyReach is the better buy from about a dozen. Waalaxy lists Pro at EUR 19, Advanced at EUR 49 and Business at EUR 69 per user a month, halves that on yearly billing and keeps cold email on Business. HeyReach Growth is $79 per sender a month or $63 annual, and Agency is $799 a month annual for 25 senders with white label. HeyReach has no email step of its own and hands email to Instantly or Smartlead. AutoMail is the email half: it writes each sequence and sends from warmed, rotated inboxes, flat per workspace.

Quick verdict

Who each tool is for

Both Waalaxy and HeyReach are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.

Pick Waalaxy

One to a handful of LinkedIn profiles, a small budget and little setup time. Pro at EUR 19 a user a month gives 300 invitations a month and ready-made sequences, yearly billing halves it, and Business adds cold email from your own Gmail or Outlook plus 500 finder credits a month.

Pick HeyReach

An agency or outbound team running ten or more LinkedIn senders. Agency is $799 a month annual for 25 senders with white label and a unified inbox, about $32 a sender, and campaigns rotate across profiles. Budget for your own proxies on Agency and for Instantly or Smartlead if email is in the plan.

Pick AutoMail

LinkedIn is covered and email should book the meetings. The AI researches each company, writes the opener and follow-ups for that prospect, warms and rotates your own inboxes, pauses on reply and sends interested prospects your booking link. Flat per workspace from $24 a month annual, unlimited seats.

Waalaxy and HeyReach both automate LinkedIn invitations, messages and follow-ups from the cloud, and each publishes a review of the other. They are built for different buyers, though. Waalaxy charges per user and is designed so a founder, recruiter or rep with no outreach background can launch a campaign from a template the same day. HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender and is built for agencies and outbound teams that rotate many profiles inside one campaign and answer every reply from a shared inbox.

On price, Waalaxy localizes its currency. From our European server the pricing page showed EUR 19 for Pro, EUR 49 for Advanced and EUR 69 for Business per user a month, with 20 percent off quarterly and 50 percent off yearly, and US visitors see dollar figures that start at $16 a user. HeyReach prices in dollars: Growth is $79 per sender a month, $71 quarterly or $63 on annual billing; Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders, or $799 annual, with white label included; Unlimited is $2,999 a month, or $2,399 annual, up to 300 senders. Both pages were read in October 2026.

Email is the other split. Waalaxy runs cold email sequences from a synced Gmail or Outlook account, but only on Business. HeyReach has no email sending step at all; it finds addresses and syncs leads two ways with Instantly or Smartlead, which you pay for separately. Neither warms or rotates mailboxes and neither writes the message, which is the part AutoMail covers.

The third option

Where AutoMail fits between them

The AI writes the sequence

Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.

Deliverability built in

Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.

Replies become meetings

When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.

One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.

Good questions

Waalaxy vs HeyReach, answered

Waalaxy is better for one to a few LinkedIn profiles on a small budget: Pro is EUR 19 a user a month and yearly billing halves it. HeyReach is better for agencies and teams running ten or more senders, because Agency covers 25 profiles for $799 a month annual with white label and one inbox for every reply.
Count the LinkedIn profiles you will run. Under about ten, Waalaxy costs less and sets up faster, and Business adds cold email if you want one tool. From ten upward, HeyReach Agency undercuts per-seat pricing and rotates senders inside a campaign. Teams that run email at volume should add a dedicated email sender with either one.
Waalaxy at small scale, HeyReach at large scale. One Waalaxy Pro seat is EUR 19 a month against $79 for a HeyReach sender. At 25 profiles, Waalaxy Pro is EUR 475 and Business EUR 1,725 a month, while HeyReach Agency is $999, or $799 on annual billing, before the proxies Agency asks you to supply.
Usually, yes. HeyReach Agency includes white label, client workspaces, a unified inbox across all senders and sender rotation inside one campaign for a flat $799 a month annual for 25 profiles. Waalaxy has team workspaces but prices every profile as a seat, and its LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on.
No. HeyReach has no email sending step. It has a Find Email step and native two-way integrations with Instantly and Smartlead, so email runs in a second tool you pay for. Waalaxy sends cold email sequences from a synced Gmail or Outlook account, but only on its EUR 69 Business plan.
HeyReach Growth is $79 per sender a month, $71 billed quarterly or $63 annual. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders, or $799 annual, with white label. Unlimited is $2,999 a month, or $2,399 annual, up to 300 senders. Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring your own residential proxies.
From Europe the pricing page lists Pro at EUR 19, Advanced at EUR 49 and Business at EUR 69 per user a month, with 20 percent off quarterly and 50 percent off yearly. US visitors see dollar prices from $16 a user. The LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on on every plan, and there is a 14-day trial.
Both run in the cloud and let you cap daily activity. HeyReach Growth gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy, while Agency and Unlimited ask you to supply your own. Waalaxy's 800 invitations a month on Advanced sits above the roughly 100 a week LinkedIn allows most accounts. LinkedIn prohibits third-party automation with either tool.
You can, but keep each LinkedIn profile in one tool. Two tools automating the same profile doubles the activity LinkedIn sees against the same weekly limit. Teams that run both usually keep a founder profile on Waalaxy and client or SDR profiles on HeyReach, with one email tool behind both.
No. Both give you templates and personalization variables, and you write and test the messages. AutoMail does that job for email: it researches each company, writes the opener and every follow-up for that prospect, sends from your warmed inboxes with rotation, and stops the thread the moment someone replies.
