Waalaxy vs Linked Helper pricing and which is better for LinkedIn outreach
The short answer
Linked Helper is the cheaper and deeper LinkedIn tool, and Waalaxy is the easier one that also sends email. Linked Helper costs $15 a month per LinkedIn account on Standard and $45 on Pro, or $8.25 and $24.75 a month on a 12 month license, but the automation always runs on your own computer or a VPS and it has no email step. Waalaxy lists Pro at EUR 19, Advanced at EUR 49 and Business at EUR 69 per user a month, runs in its own cloud, and sends cold email only on Business. AutoMail is the email half for either one, writing each sequence for you, flat per workspace from $24 a month annual.
AutoMail researches and writes the 1:1 sequence right here. It runs in your browser, so no email goes out.
Type a real prospect and AutoMail writes the sequence here, from what you enter. On your list the AI does the research for you.

Quick verdict
Who each tool is for
Both Waalaxy and Linked Helper are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.
Pick Waalaxy
You want LinkedIn campaigns running from the cloud with no computer left on, a setup a new rep can learn in an afternoon, and the option of cold email from the same login on Business at EUR 69 a user a month.
Pick Linked Helper
You want the most LinkedIn actions and data tools for the least money per account, and someone on the team is comfortable running a desktop app or a VPS. Pro on a 12 month license is $24.75 a month per LinkedIn account.
Pick AutoMail
Email has to carry the campaign. The AI researches each company, writes the opener and follow-ups for that prospect, sends from your warmed and rotated inboxes, pauses on reply and routes interested prospects to your booking link. Flat per workspace from $24 a month annual, unlimited seats.
Waalaxy and Linked Helper sit at opposite ends of the LinkedIn automation market, which is why buyers who shortlist both end up confused. Waalaxy is built for people who want to start a campaign in ten minutes from a browser and never think about where it runs. Linked Helper is a desktop application with a long list of actions, conditions and data tools, sold per LinkedIn account at prices well below most cloud tools. Waalaxy publishes its own comparison saying Linked Helper is harder to use, and that part is fair. What its comparison leaves out is the price gap.
We read both pricing pages in October 2026. Waalaxy localizes currency: from our European server it showed EUR 19 for Pro, EUR 49 for Advanced and EUR 69 for Business per user a month, with 20 percent off quarterly and 50 percent off yearly, so check the figure at your checkout. Linked Helper prices in dollars per license, and one license is one LinkedIn account: Standard is $15 a month and Pro $45, falling to $8.25 and $24.75 a month on a 12 month term. Its Cloud editions ($29.90 and $59.90 a month) store your data on its US servers, yet the automation still runs on your machine.
The cost of running each one is not only the subscription. Linked Helper needs a computer or a VPS switched on while campaigns run, and Standard caps eleven advanced actions at 20 a day. Waalaxy needs nothing switched on, but every LinkedIn profile is a paid seat, its email finder gives 25 credits a month below Business, and the LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on. Neither tool writes the message for each prospect, and only Waalaxy sends email at all.

The third option
Where AutoMail fits between them
The AI writes the sequence
Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.
Deliverability built in
Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.
Replies become meetings
When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.
One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.
