Expandi vs HeyReach pricing, agency costs and which is better
The short answer
Expandi and HeyReach both run LinkedIn outreach from the cloud with a dedicated IP per account, but they price for different buyers. Expandi charges per LinkedIn account: $99 a month, or $79 on annual billing, and keeps that seat price at ten seats and up. HeyReach charges $79 per sender a month on Growth ($63 annual), then sells flat blocks: Agency at $999 a month for 25 senders ($799 annual) and Unlimited at $2,999 ($2,399 annual) up to 300 senders. Expandi sends email follow-ups inside the sequence; HeyReach sends no email and hands leads to Instantly or Smartlead. Buy Expandi for a few high-value accounts that need email and deep branching. Buy HeyReach once you run ten or more LinkedIn profiles or work for clients.

Quick verdict
Who each tool is for
Both Expandi and HeyReach are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.
Pick Expandi
One to about eight LinkedIn accounts that each matter: a founder, senior AEs, a recruiter. You get If/Action branching, email follow-ups in the same sequence and the Mobile Connector campaign that Expandi says adds up to 100 connection requests a week, for $79 an account on annual billing.
Pick HeyReach
Ten or more LinkedIn profiles, or any client work. The $799 annual Agency block covers 25 senders with white label and one inbox, about $32 a profile, against $1,975 for the same 25 seats on Expandi. Budget your own residential proxies and a separate email tool.
Pick AutoMail
LinkedIn is handled and email is the channel that should book meetings. The AI researches each company, writes the opener and follow-ups for that prospect, warms and rotates your own inboxes, pauses on reply and routes interested answers to your booking link. Flat per workspace from $24 a month annual, unlimited seats.
Buyers shortlist these two when LinkedIn outreach is becoming serious enough to pay for, and the vendors make the choice harder by publishing comparison pages about each other. Both run campaigns on their own servers instead of a browser tab, both tie each LinkedIn account to a dedicated IP address, and both warn you about LinkedIn limits. The difference is who they were built for. Expandi is built around one account at a time: conditional If/Action sequences, profile warm-up, limit ranges and email follow-ups in the same campaign. HeyReach is built around many accounts at once: sender rotation across a campaign, one unified inbox for every profile and client workspaces under one login.
The pricing follows the design. Expandi publishes a Business plan at $99 per LinkedIn account a month, or $79 on annual billing, which it describes as 20 percent off. Its Agency option starts at ten seats, shows the same $99 and $79 per seat on the page, and adds roles, client reports and white label on a sales call. HeyReach Growth is $79 per sender a month, $71 on quarterly billing and $63 on annual. After that it stops counting seats: Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders ($899 quarterly, $799 annual) with white label included, and Unlimited is $2,999 a month ($2,699 quarterly, $2,399 annual) under a 300-sender fair-use cap. Both pages were read in October 2026.
Two details change the real bill. HeyReach Agency and Unlimited require you to bring your own residential proxies, while Growth includes a dedicated proxy per sender. And HeyReach has no email step at all, so anyone who wants email in the sequence pays for a second tool. Expandi includes email follow-ups from a mailbox you connect, which covers a light second touch but is not a cold email system with rotation and warm-up. Neither tool writes the messages for you, which is the gap AutoMail fills on the email side.

The third option
Where AutoMail fits between them
The AI writes the sequence
Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.
Deliverability built in
Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.
Replies become meetings
When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.
One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.
