HeyReach vs Dripify: pricing, senders and which is better for LinkedIn outreach
The short answer
HeyReach and Dripify both automate LinkedIn from the cloud, but they bill for different things. Dripify charges per user, $39 to $79 a seat a month on annual billing, and each seat is one LinkedIn account with email steps and 100 email finder credits a month built in. HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, $63 a month on annual Growth, or a flat $799 a month on annual Agency for 25 senders with white label included. On annual billing the flat Agency block costs less than Dripify Advanced from eleven accounts up, but on Agency you supply your own residential proxies and HeyReach sends no email of its own. Buy Dripify for one to ten reps who want LinkedIn and email in one seat. Buy HeyReach when you run many accounts, especially for clients. AutoMail is the email side either one still needs.
AutoMail researches and writes the 1:1 sequence right here. It runs in your browser, so no email goes out.

Quick verdict
Who each tool is for
Both HeyReach and Dripify are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.
Pick HeyReach
You run LinkedIn outreach across many accounts, for clients or for a team that rotates campaigns across reps. From eleven accounts the $799 annual Agency block costs less than Dripify Advanced, white label comes included, and one unified inbox holds every reply. Budget for your own residential proxies on Agency and for a separate email tool.
Pick Dripify
You are one to ten reps, each working their own LinkedIn account, and you want email follow-ups and an address finder in the same seat. Pro at $59 a seat on annual billing covers most sellers, a dedicated IP comes with every account, and the 7-day trial runs on Advanced features with no card.
Pick AutoMail
LinkedIn is covered and the email channel is the gap. The AI researches each company, writes the opener and follow-ups for that specific prospect, warms and rotates your sending inboxes, pauses the moment someone replies and routes meeting-ready answers to your booking link. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.
These two get compared because they solve the same visible problem, running connection requests and message sequences on LinkedIn without a person clicking through profiles, and because both run in the cloud, so campaigns keep going with the laptop shut. The difference is who each one was built for. Dripify is built around the individual seller: one user, one LinkedIn account, one seat, with email follow-ups and an address finder inside the same sequence. HeyReach is built around the operator running many LinkedIn accounts at once: agencies, and sales teams that rotate a campaign across several reps' profiles and manage every reply from one unified inbox.
That design choice shows up as a pricing model, and the pricing model is what decides the purchase. Dripify is per user: $39, $59 or $79 a month on annual billing for Basic, Pro and Advanced, or $59, $79 and $99 monthly. HeyReach is per sender on Growth, $79 a month, $71 on quarterly billing and $63 on annual, and then flat blocks: Agency at $999 a month for 25 senders ($799 on annual billing) and Unlimited at $2,999 ($2,399 annual) under a 300-sender fair-use cap. Some comparison pages still quote the Unlimited tier at an older, lower figure; the price on HeyReach's own page in September 2026 is $2,999 monthly.
Two costs sit outside both plan cards. HeyReach's own FAQ says Growth includes a dedicated residential proxy for each sender, while Agency and Unlimited require you to bring your own proxies, and its help center says HeyReach does not sell them. Dripify includes a dedicated IP tied to each account on every plan. The second cost is email: Dripify runs email steps natively, while HeyReach sends email only through its integrations with Instantly and Smartlead, so a multichannel program on HeyReach is two subscriptions. Neither of them writes the message, which is the part AutoMail does. The table below is honest about where each of these beats us.

| Platform risk | LinkedIn prohibits third-party automation; across many client accounts the exposure multiplies | LinkedIn prohibits third-party automation, and restrictions land on the rep's own profile | Your own mailboxes and domains, managed for inbox placement |

The third option
Where AutoMail fits between them
The AI writes the sequence
Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.
Deliverability built in
Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.
Replies become meetings
When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.
One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.
