Saleshandy vs Lemlist: pricing, seats and which is better
The short answer
Saleshandy and Lemlist are both flat-priced rather than per-seat at the entry tier, which is why they land on the same shortlist, but they cap opposite things. Saleshandy Starter is $34 a month on annual billing ($41 monthly) and gives ONE user 6,000 emails, 2,000 active prospects and 1,500 Lead Finder credits every month. The Lemlist Email plan is $55 annually ($69 monthly) and gives UNLIMITED users 50,000 emails and unlimited contacts, but includes no finder credits at all: a verified email costs 5 credits, which is $0.05. The number most buyers miss is what happens when you add channels. Saleshandy includes email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and manual tasks in one sequence on every plan, so a five-person multichannel team pays $76 on Pro. The same team on Lemlist Multichannel pays $87 each, which is $435. Neither writes the sequence for you.
AutoMail researches and writes a 1:1 sequence. Sample data, nothing is sent.

Quick verdict
Who each tool is for
Both Saleshandy and Lemlist are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.
Pick Saleshandy
You are one or two people, you want the data included rather than metered, and you want LinkedIn and call steps without paying per seat for them. Starter is $34 a month annually with 1,500 Lead Finder credits included every month, and Pro at $76 covers ten users.
Pick Lemlist
Several people need to send email and you already have the list. The Email plan is $55 a month on annual billing for unlimited users and 50,000 sends, so the bill does not move when you hire. Its LinkedIn automation is also the more mature of the two.
Pick AutoMail
The list is not the problem and the writing is. AutoMail researches each prospect, writes the full personalized sequence, warms and rotates the inboxes, then pauses on reply and routes meeting-ready answers to your booking link. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, nothing metered by credits.
These two used to be an easy comparison: Lemlist was the multichannel tool and Saleshandy was the cheap email sender you bought when LinkedIn steps did not matter. That framing is out of date. As of September 2026 Saleshandy builds sequences across email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and manual tasks assigned to reps, and its own pricing page lists multichannel sequences on Starter, the $34 tier. The channel gap that used to justify the price gap has largely closed.
What has not changed is that they meter completely different things. Saleshandy sells volume and seats: each tier buys a number of active prospects, a monthly send allowance, a seat count and a pool of Lead Finder credits. Lemlist sells channels: the Email plan is one flat fee for as many users as you like, and you only move to per-user billing when you want LinkedIn, SMS and the dialer. Read the two pricing pages side by side and the crossover points are not where most roundups say they are.
There are two of them. On email alone, Lemlist gets cheaper the moment you have more than one person sending, because Saleshandy Starter is a single-user plan and the first Saleshandy tier with real team access is Pro at $76. On multichannel it reverses hard, because Lemlist returns to per-seat pricing at $87 a user and Saleshandy does not. Every figure below was read from saleshandy.com and lemlist.com on 2 September 2026. Neither tool writes the sequence, which is why AutoMail appears as an honest third column rather than a footnote.

The third option
Where AutoMail fits between them
The AI writes the sequence
Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.
Deliverability built in
Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.
Replies become meetings
When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.
One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.
