Saleshandy vs Dripify: pricing, real sending limits and which is better for outbound
The short answer
Saleshandy is a cold email platform priced by sending volume, not per seat: the Starter plan is $41 a month, or $34 billed annually, and it includes unlimited connected email accounts, 6,000 emails a month and 2,000 active prospects. Dripify is a LinkedIn automation platform billed per user at $39, $59 and $79 a month on annual billing, and its reach is set by LinkedIn rather than by the plan you buy. That is the difference that should decide the purchase. If Saleshandy is too small you move up a tier and send more. If Dripify is too small there is nothing to buy, because LinkedIn allows most accounts roughly 100 invitations per rolling week whichever tier you are on. Pick Saleshandy when email is the channel and volume decides the outcome, and Dripify when your buyers ignore email and LinkedIn is the only door that opens.
AutoMail researches and writes a 1:1 sequence. Sample data, nothing is sent.

Quick verdict
Who each tool is for
Both Saleshandy and Dripify are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.
Pick Saleshandy
Email is the channel and you need volume without seat billing. Starter is $41 a month, $34 annually, with unlimited connected email accounts, 6,000 sends and 2,000 active prospects. Pro at $76 annually carries 100,000 emails, 30,000 prospects and 10 users, which is where most teams of three to ten land.
Pick Dripify
Your market ignores cold email but accepts LinkedIn requests, and you want cloud-based LinkedIn sequencing from $39 per user a month annually. Buy it knowing LinkedIn, not your plan, sets the ceiling at roughly 100 invitations per account per week, and that every seat is billed.
Pick AutoMail
The channel is already settled and the real bottleneck is writing sequences people answer. The AI researches each prospect, writes the full opener and follow-ups, warms and rotates your inboxes, then pauses on reply and routes meeting-ready answers to your booking link. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats.
These two get shortlisted together because both sell automated outbound, but they are not competing for the same job and the plan cards hide that. Saleshandy is email infrastructure: unlimited connected mailboxes on every tier, sequences with conditions, a lead finder, email verification, and plans that step up by how many emails you send and how many prospects you keep active. Dripify runs sequences on LinkedIn from the cloud, sending connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views and endorsements, with an email finder and email steps bolted on top.
The number that decides the value is one Dripify does not put on the plan card. It publishes daily activity quotas, 20 connection requests a day on Basic and 75 on Pro and Advanced, which makes the upper tiers look like they buy close to four times the reach. LinkedIn is stricter than that. Most accounts are allowed roughly 100 invitations per rolling seven days, about 430 a month, no matter what any tool attempts on your behalf. So all three Dripify tiers converge on almost the same real ceiling, and paying for Advanced does not lift it. What the higher tiers genuinely add is unlimited campaigns, team management, A/B testing and the advanced LinkedIn protection feature. Those are real, they are just not more reach.
Saleshandy behaves the opposite way. Starter allows 6,000 emails a month at $34 on annual billing. Pro is $76 a month annually for 100,000 emails and 30,000 active prospects, and Scale is $149 for 200,000 emails and unlimited prospects. Nothing outside your budget and your own mailbox reputation stops you moving up. That is the practical trade in one line: email reach is elastic and you pay for it, LinkedIn reach is fixed and you cannot.
Seat billing pushes the two further apart as soon as more than one person runs outbound. Saleshandy Pro includes 10 users for $76 a month total and Scale includes unlimited users, because the meter is on volume rather than headcount. Dripify bills every seat on every tier, so a five person team on annual Pro pays $295 a month, and the same five on Advanced pay $395. A team of five costs roughly four times more on Dripify Pro than on Saleshandy Pro, and the Saleshandy plan is the one that also carries a hundred thousand sends.
Cost per outbound touch makes the gap concrete, and it is worth being precise about what it does and does not prove. At $39 a month on annual Basic against roughly 430 invitations, Dripify works out at about 9.1 cents per connection request, rising to 13.7 cents on Pro and 18.4 cents on Advanced, because the price climbs while the real ceiling does not. Saleshandy Starter is about 0.57 cents per email and Pro is under a tenth of a cent. That is not a like-for-like win. A connection request from a real profile usually earns far more attention than a cold email, so cost per touch is not cost per conversation. The honest reading is that LinkedIn touches are scarce and expensive while email touches are cheap and plentiful, and which one wins depends entirely on whether your buyers answer email.
One cost sits outside both plan cards and catches agencies out. Saleshandy connects unlimited mailboxes on every tier, but the mailboxes themselves are a separate line: its own sending infrastructure runs $2.99 per mailbox a month on annual fixed billing, $3.49 on annual flex and $3.99 quarterly, plus $14 a year per domain. Run fifteen mailboxes and that is roughly $45 a month on top of the subscription, whoever you buy them from. Dripify has no equivalent because the asset there is a LinkedIn account rather than a domain, which sounds cheaper until you remember those accounts belong to your team personally and cannot be spun up in a batch.

The third option
Where AutoMail fits between them
The AI writes the sequence
Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.
Deliverability built in
Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.
Replies become meetings
When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.
One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.
