PlusVibe vs Instantly pricing and which is better for cold email
The short answer
PlusVibe is the better buy when you send high volume from a list you already own, and Instantly is the better buy when you also want a lead database and the larger ecosystem. Both connect unlimited mailboxes with warm-up and neither charges per seat. The difference that decides most budgets is the contact ceiling: Instantly Growth costs $47 a month for 5,000 emails and only 1,000 uploaded contacts, while PlusVibe Personal costs $37 a month for 25,000 emails and 30,000 active leads. At the next tier PlusVibe Business sends 150,000 emails for $77 and Instantly Hypergrowth sends 125,000 for $97.
AutoMail researches and writes the 1:1 sequence right here. It runs in your browser, so no email goes out.
Type a real prospect and AutoMail writes the sequence here, from what you enter. On your list the AI does the research for you.

Quick verdict
Who each tool is for
Both PlusVibe and Instantly are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.
Pick PlusVibe
You own the list and want the most sending per dollar. Personal at $37 covers 25,000 emails and 30,000 active leads, Business at $77 covers 150,000 emails with the API, webhooks and AI reply agents, and done-for-you Google inboxes cost $4 a month each.
Pick Instantly
You want sending and a lead database from one vendor, with the larger ecosystem and review base. Budget Hypergrowth at $97 once your list passes 1,000 contacts, and add Instantly Credits from $47 a month if you need its data.
Pick AutoMail
Cheaper sending is not the problem, the copy is. The AI researches each company, writes the opener and every follow-up for that prospect, sends from warmed and rotated inboxes, pauses on reply and routes interested prospects to your booking link. Flat per workspace from $24 a month annual, unlimited seats.
PlusVibe and Instantly are built the same way: connect as many Google or Microsoft mailboxes as you like, warm them up, rotate sending across them and pay for volume rather than users. That is why they end up on the same shortlist. Instantly is the established name, with a large review base and a B2B lead database sold alongside its sending plans. PlusVibe is newer, grew out of Pipl.ai, and competes mainly on how much sending each dollar buys.
We read both pricing pages in October 2026. Instantly lists its outreach plans at $47 (Growth), $97 (Hypergrowth) and $358 (Light Speed) a month, or $37.60, $77.60 and $286.30 a month billed annually, with Enterprise quoted. Its lead database is a separate line called Instantly Credits, from $47 a month for 1,500 to 2,000 credits, and bundles that pair sending with data start at $94. PlusVibe lists Personal from $37, Business from $77 and Agency from $497 a month, with yearly billing taking two months off, and each self-serve card has a slider for enrichment credits that moves the price.
The number most comparisons skip is the contact allowance, not the email allowance. Instantly Growth includes 1,000 uploaded contacts, so the plan really fits a five-step sequence to about 1,000 people a month. PlusVibe Personal includes 30,000 active leads at a lower price. A team with a list of 10,000 prospects has to start on Instantly Hypergrowth at $97, while the same list fits PlusVibe Personal at $37.

The third option
Where AutoMail fits between them
The AI writes the sequence
Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.
Deliverability built in
Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.
Replies become meetings
When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.
One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.
