AutoMail

Yesware vs Dripify: pricing, real sending limits and which is better for outbound

The short answer

Yesware is a Gmail and Outlook add-on for inbox-side selling, priced per seat at $19, $45 and $85 a month, or $15, $35 and $65 billed annually. Dripify is a cloud LinkedIn automation platform, priced per user at $59, $79 and $99 a month, or $39, $59 and $79 annually. They sell reach in different channels, and both publish an entry price that hides the number which actually decides the purchase. Yesware Pro at $15 a seat lets you put only 20 people a month into a campaign, so real outbound starts at Premium, $35 a seat. Dripify sets no such limit, but LinkedIn does: most accounts are allowed roughly 100 invitations per rolling seven days on every tier, so no plan buys more reach. Pick Yesware if you sell from your own inbox and want tracking and templates beside the thread. Pick Dripify if your buyers ignore email and LinkedIn is the only door that opens.

Quick verdict

Who each tool is for

Both Yesware and Dripify are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.

Pick Yesware

You sell from your own Gmail or Outlook inbox and want tracking, templates and light follow-up next to the thread. Budget Premium at $35 a seat annually rather than Pro at $15, because Pro allows only 20 campaign recipients a month. Enterprise at $65 is the tier if you need bi-directional Salesforce sync.

Pick Dripify

Your market ignores cold email and replies on LinkedIn, and you want cloud sequencing from $39 per user a month annually. Buy it knowing LinkedIn, not your plan, sets the ceiling at roughly 100 invitations per account per week, and that every rep is a separate subscription.

Pick AutoMail

Email is the channel and the real bottleneck is writing sequences people answer. The AI researches each prospect, writes the full opener and follow-ups, warms and rotates your inboxes, then pauses on reply and routes meeting-ready answers to your booking link. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no recipient cap.

These two land on the same shortlist because they are the two cheap seats a solo seller looks at first, and because both promise automated follow-up without the cost of a full sales engagement platform. They are not competing for the same job. Yesware installs into Gmail or Outlook and works beside the thread you are already writing: open and link tracking, templates, meeting links, mail merge and multi-step campaigns, with reporting on what your own sending actually produced. Dripify never touches your mailbox. It logs into LinkedIn from the cloud and runs sequences there, sending connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views and endorsements, with an email finder and email steps added on top.

The number that should decide the purchase is missing from both plan cards, and it is a different number on each side. Yesware publishes Pro at $19 a seat, $15 on annual billing, which reads like the price of automated outbound. It is not. Pro caps campaigns at 20 recipients a month, and the free plan at 10. Twenty people a month is roughly one afternoon of prospecting, so anyone genuinely running sequences is buying Premium at $45, or $35 annually, where campaign recipients become unlimited. The real entry price for outbound on Yesware is more than double the headline.

Dripify has the opposite problem. Its plans do not cap your outreach, so the tiers look like they buy more reach: 20 connection requests a day on Basic against 75 a day on Pro and Advanced. LinkedIn overrides both. Most accounts are allowed roughly 100 invitations per rolling seven days, about 430 a month, whatever software attempts on your behalf. All three Dripify tiers therefore converge on nearly the same real ceiling, and paying for Advanced does not lift it. What the higher tiers genuinely buy is unlimited campaigns instead of one, full daily quotas on the non-invite actions such as profile views and messages to people you already know, multi-team management and the advanced LinkedIn protection feature. Those are worth money. They are just not more invitations.

Read side by side, the two tools describe the same shape of buyer from opposite ends: one person, selling to a list small enough that a hard monthly ceiling never binds. Yesware suits that person when the buyers read email and the value is knowing who opened what. Dripify suits them when the buyers ignore email entirely. Neither is built for a team that needs to reach thousands of people a month, because on Yesware that means Premium seats for everyone and on Dripify it means a LinkedIn limit no invoice can raise.

The third option

Where AutoMail fits between them

The AI writes the sequence

Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.

Deliverability built in

Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.

Replies become meetings

When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.

One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.

Good questions

Yesware vs Dripify, answered

Neither is better in general, because they sell reach in different channels. Yesware is better if your buyers read email and you want tracking, templates and follow-up inside the inbox you already work in. Dripify is better if your market ignores cold email and answers on LinkedIn. The deciding detail is the ceiling on each: Yesware Pro allows 20 campaign recipients a month, so budget Premium at $35 a seat, and Dripify is capped by LinkedIn at roughly 100 invitations per account per week on every tier.
Yesware is a Gmail and Outlook add-on that sells from your own mailbox: open and link tracking, templates, mail merge, meeting links and multi-step email campaigns, billed per seat from $15 a month annually. Dripify never touches your mailbox and runs LinkedIn sequences from the cloud, sending connection requests, messages, InMails and profile views, billed per user from $39 a month annually. One is an email productivity layer, the other is a LinkedIn robot.
Buy Yesware if email works in your market and you want to know who opened, clicked and replied without leaving the inbox, and buy the Premium tier rather than Pro so campaigns are not capped at 20 recipients a month. Buy Dripify if email genuinely fails for your buyers and LinkedIn is where they respond, and go in knowing every rep is a separate subscription and no tier raises the invitation ceiling. If email is the channel and the hard part is writing sequences that get answered, that is the job AutoMail does.
Yesware, on every tier and by a wide margin. Yesware Pro is $15 a seat a month on annual billing against $39 for Dripify Basic, and Yesware Premium at $35 still undercuts Dripify Basic. For five people the annual-billing comparison is $175 a month on Yesware Premium against $195 on Dripify Basic or $295 on Dripify Pro. The caveat is that they are not like-for-like: the Yesware seat buys unlimited email campaign recipients, and the Dripify seat buys roughly 430 LinkedIn invitations.
Yes, and it is a fair setup when both channels work for your market. You run LinkedIn touches in Dripify against a small, high-value list where the roughly 430 a month ceiling is not binding, and use Yesware for the email half so replies land in the inbox you already watch. The costs to weigh are two subscriptions per rep, no shared view of which prospect got which touch, and no single owner of the reply. Decide who follows up before you buy both.
Dripify, because Yesware does not do LinkedIn automation at all. Yesware is an email tool: it lives in Gmail and Outlook and every feature it sells, tracking, templates, mail merge and campaigns, applies to email. If LinkedIn sequencing is what you need, Yesware is not a candidate. The question worth asking instead is whether LinkedIn automation is worth the platform risk, because LinkedIn prohibits third-party automation in its User Agreement.
Yesware is priced per seat across four tiers: Free at $0 for up to 5 users, Pro at $19 a month, Premium at $45 and Enterprise at $85, dropping to $15, $35 and $65 per seat when billed annually. Verified on yesware.com in September 2026. The tier that matters for outbound is Premium, because Free allows 10 campaign recipients a month and Pro allows 20, while Premium and Enterprise make campaign recipients unlimited.
Dripify is priced per user at $59 a month on Basic, $79 on Pro and $99 on Advanced, dropping to $39, $59 and $79 when billed annually, with a custom Enterprise tier. Verified on dripify.io in September 2026. Every plan includes 100 email finder credits a month, valid 30 days and not rolled over, with extra packs at $29 per 1,000 credits rising to $99 per 10,000.
Yesware does not meter individual emails, because it sends through your own Gmail or Outlook account and inherits that provider limit, typically 2,000 recipients a day on Google Workspace. What it does meter is campaigns: 10 recipients a month on the free plan and 20 on Pro, before campaign recipients become unlimited on Premium. That campaign cap, not the mailbox, is what stops most people on the cheap tier.
LinkedIn prohibits third-party automation software in its User Agreement, and accounts that use it can be restricted or permanently closed. Dripify is upfront about the risk, selling advanced LinkedIn protection as a paid feature on its Advanced tier, which is a fair acknowledgment that the risk is real. Treat it as a genuine cost of the channel, especially when the account belongs to a founder whose network took a decade to build.
Neither finishes the job. Yesware gives you templates and mail merge fields, so the structure repeats but the thinking is yours. Dripify offers templates and writing assists inside a sequence you designed. In both cases you still choose the angle, research the account and edit every send, which is the part that takes the hours. That is the gap AutoMail fills: it researches each prospect, writes the full personalized opener and follow-ups, warms and rotates the sending inboxes, then pauses on reply and routes meeting-ready answers straight to your booking link.
Dripify, in most cases, because candidates answer LinkedIn messages far more reliably than cold email and a recruiter is usually working a list small enough that the roughly 430 invitations a month ceiling is not the binding constraint. Yesware fits the other half of the desk, the client development side, where you are emailing hiring managers from your own inbox and want to see who opened the role brief. Many recruiting teams end up paying for both.
