AutoMail

Linked Helper vs Dripify pricing, desktop vs cloud and which is better

The short answer

Linked Helper is the cheaper tool and Dripify is the one that keeps running when your laptop is closed. Linked Helper sells a license per LinkedIn account: Standard at $15 a month or $8.25 on a 12 month term, Pro at $45 or $24.75, and a Cloud Data Storage edition at $16.50 and $33 that stores your data on its servers but still runs the automation on your own computer or VPS. Dripify is $39, $59 and $79 a seat on annual billing, runs every plan in the cloud and includes email steps and 100 email finder credits a month. Pick Linked Helper for the lowest bill and deep LinkedIn control, Dripify for set and forget sending with a follow-up email. If email is the channel that books your meetings, a dedicated cold email tool such as AutoMail does that half better than either.

Quick verdict

Who each tool is for

Both Linked Helper and Dripify are capable. Here is the shortest honest way to choose, with where AutoMail fits.

Pick Linked Helper

You want the lowest price per LinkedIn account, unlimited campaigns on the cheapest license, and deep control (if/else branching, group and event messaging, InMail, post engagement), and you are fine keeping a computer or a VPS running. Standard at $8.25 a month on a 12 month term is about a fifth of Dripify Basic.

Pick Dripify

You want LinkedIn and a follow-up email in one sequence, running in the cloud with nothing to install or keep awake. Pro at $59 a seat on annual billing gives unlimited campaigns, email steps and 100 email finder credits a month.

Pick AutoMail

Email is the channel that books the meetings and LinkedIn is the second touch. The AI researches each company, writes the opener and follow-ups for that prospect, warms and rotates your own sending inboxes, pauses the moment someone replies and sends interested prospects your booking link. Flat per workspace, from $39 a month on annual billing.

Linked Helper and Dripify both automate the repetitive part of LinkedIn prospecting: connection requests, messages, follow-ups and profile visits, sent on a schedule and stopped when someone replies. Both bill per LinkedIn account, both work with Sales Navigator, and both let you try them before paying. That is where the overlap ends.

The biggest difference is where the work happens. Linked Helper is desktop software on every version it sells. Its pricing page is explicit: the automation runs on your own computer or on a VPS you rent, and your LinkedIn session never sits on its servers. In 2026 it added a Cloud Data Storage edition at roughly double the price, and many buyers read "cloud" as "runs in the cloud". It does not. It moves your workspace data to Linked Helper servers in the United States so teammates can open it from another device. Dripify runs every plan from its own cloud with a dedicated IP per account, so campaigns continue overnight and on weekends with nothing installed.

The second difference is email. Every Dripify plan puts email steps in the same sequence as the LinkedIn steps and includes 100 email finder credits per user a month. Linked Helper finds emails (one data credit each, 620 a month on Standard and 3,100 on Pro) and can push leads to your CRM or a webhook, but its campaign actions are LinkedIn actions. The email follow-up happens in another tool. Every price on this page was read from each vendor's own pricing page in September 2026.

The third option

Where AutoMail fits between them

The AI writes the sequence

Both tools above leave the copy to you. AutoMail researches each prospect and writes a genuine 1:1 opener and follow-ups, so relevance, not just volume, drives the reply rate.

Deliverability built in

Inbox rotation, gradual warm-up and a spam-score check on every send keep personalized copy in the primary inbox, built for the 2026 Google and Microsoft sender rules.

Replies become meetings

When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses, intent is classified, and meeting-ready replies route to your booking link and CRM. Flat per workspace, unlimited seats, no credits.

One honest caveat: AutoMail has no built-in lead database, so bring or sync your own verified list. If prospecting data is what you need most, keep a data tool for that and run the outreach here.

Good questions

Linked Helper vs Dripify, answered

Linked Helper is better if you want the lowest price and the deepest LinkedIn control and can keep a computer or VPS running. Dripify is better if you want campaigns that run in the cloud with no machine to babysit and an email step in the same sequence. Most sales teams choose on that one question: local or cloud.
Buy Dripify Pro at $59 a seat on annual billing if you want LinkedIn plus email, running in the cloud. Buy Linked Helper Standard at $8.25 on a 12 month term if you only need LinkedIn and want the cheapest seat, or Pro at $24.75 if the 20 a day cap on group, event and post actions would bite.
Linked Helper, by a wide margin. On annual terms Linked Helper Standard is $8.25 a LinkedIn account a month against $39 for Dripify Basic, and even Linked Helper Pro at $24.75 costs less than Dripify Basic. The gap narrows only if you add a VPS so Linked Helper can run around the clock.
Linked Helper Standard is $15 a LinkedIn account for one month, $40 for three, $60 for six or $99 for twelve, which works out to $8.25 a month. Pro is $45, $120, $180 or $297. The Cloud Data Storage edition is $29.90 and $59.90 a month, or $198 and $396 a year. Volume discounts start at 10 licenses.
No. Linked Helper is desktop software on every edition, and it says so on its pricing page. The Cloud Data Storage version keeps your workspace data on Linked Helper servers in the United States, but the automation still runs on your computer or on a VPS you control, so that machine must stay on.
Dripify is $39 a user a month on Basic, $59 on Pro and $79 on Advanced with annual billing, or $59, $79 and $99 monthly. Enterprise is quoted by seat count. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account, and every plan includes email steps and 100 email finder credits a month.
Not as a campaign step. Linked Helper finds emails with data credits, one credit per email, and can send leads to your CRM or to a webhook, but the actions in its campaign builder are LinkedIn actions. Dripify runs email steps inside the LinkedIn sequence on every plan, and a dedicated sender like AutoMail handles email at volume.
No. Linked Helper's own FAQ says the machine running it has to be on with the app open, on both editions. For around-the-clock campaigns it suggests renting a VPS and running Linked Helper there. Dripify has no such requirement because it runs from its own cloud.
Pro lifts the 20 a day cap on eleven advanced actions, such as messaging group members or event attendees, liking and commenting on posts and sending profiles to webhooks or your CRM. It also adds messaging-history export, 3,100 data credits a month instead of 620, and about double the AI credits.
Both automate invitations, messages and follow-ups and both support Sales Navigator. Linked Helper covers more LinkedIn sources and actions, including groups, events, InMail and post engagement, with if/else branching. Dripify is simpler to set up, runs in the cloud and adds email steps. Pick on control versus convenience.
Neither is safe in the strict sense, because LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits third-party automation and restrictions land on your own profile. Linked Helper runs from your own machine and IP; Dripify runs each account from a dedicated cloud IP. Staying under about 100 invitations a week matters more than which tool you pick.
Partly. Linked Helper has AI messages and an AI reply assistant metered by AI credits, and Dripify gives you templates and profile variables, but you still design the sequence. AutoMail does the whole job for the email channel: it researches each prospect, writes the sequence, sends from your warmed inboxes and routes interested replies to your calendar.
