Refund Policy
Once a workspace is paid for, the charge stands. This page sets out why, the three situations in which we reverse a charge and how to raise one. Effective 14 October 2026.
Why charges are final
The moment a Starter, Growth, Agency or Enterprise payment clears, your workspace can connect sending inboxes, warm them up, write sequences and start sending. Inbox warm-up and sender reputation build from day one whether or not you launch a campaign, so the period you paid for is already in use. For that reason we do not return subscription charges after they are taken.
Checking out is a request that we start the service immediately. Where a consumer has a legal right to withdraw from a digital service within 14 days, that right ends once the service has started with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that it is lost.
What we will not refund
- Reply rates, open rates or meetings booked that were lower than you hoped. Results depend on your list, offer and market.
- A month in which you sent fewer emails than the plan allows, or none.
- Sending paused or limited because a mailbox provider throttled or flagged your own domain or inbox.
- A renewal charged before you turned renewal off.
- Picking Agency when Growth covered your inboxes, or yearly billing when one month would have been enough.
- Time left on a plan after you cancel, downgrade or end an outbound program.
When we do reverse a charge
Billed twice by mistake. If a fault on our side charged the same workspace twice for the same plan and period, the duplicate is returned.
Card used without permission. If someone charged your card without your authorization and you report it within 14 days, we review it and return the charge where the evidence bears it out.
Platform completely down. If AutoMail could not be used at all for most of a billing period because of a failure on our side, and you told us while it was happening, we refund that period.
The amount returned is never more than you paid for the period concerned and goes back to the card used. Email the charge date and amount to [email protected] from the address on the workspace, within 14 days of the charge.
Cancelling a subscription
Turn off renewal in billing settings at any time. Your workspace keeps working until the paid period ends. Cancelling prevents the next charge but does not reverse one already made, and we do not credit unused days.
Renewals and payment retries
Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled, and the charge for a period is due when it begins. If a renewal payment fails, our payment operator retries it over the next few days; a successful retry is a normal renewal of a period already under way.
Records kept for billing questions
We keep the time the terms of service were accepted, an activity log for the workspace (sign-ins, inboxes connected, sequences and sends) and the payment record held by our payment operator, including the 3D Secure outcome.
Disputes with your bank
Talk to us first. Filing a chargeback on a charge covered by this policy, without contacting us beforehand, breaches the terms of service and the workspace is closed.
Earlier purchases and contact
Payments made before 14 October 2026 stay under the terms that applied when they were made. Billing questions go to [email protected].
