Best AI SDR Software 2026: Tools, Pricing and Which to Buy
Only two of the four biggest AI SDR vendors publish a price at all. Regie.ai is $49 a month self-serve, AiSDR runs $250 to $2,500, and Artisan and 11x show no figure in August 2026, which means most roundups are quoting Artisan tiers that no longer exist. Every price verified first-party, plus the cost-per-contact math that makes the ladders comparable.

The best AI SDR software in 2026 depends far more on your budget band than on features, because the category splits cleanly in two. Regie.ai is the only serious vendor with a genuine self-serve tier, at $49 a month for 5,000 credits. AiSDR is the only fully autonomous AI SDR that publishes its full ladder, at $250, $900 and $2,500 a month. Artisan and 11x, the two most talked-about names in the category, publish no price at all in August 2026. Every figure below was pulled from each vendor's own pricing page on August 31, 2026.
That last point is worth stating plainly, because it is the single biggest practical difference between AI SDR software and every other sales tool you have bought. In sequencing or email finding you can compare four public price ladders in ten minutes. Here, half the market makes you take a sales call before you learn the number.
Best AI SDR software at a glance
| Tool | Published price | What the meter is | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Regie.ai (RegieGO) | Free $0, Pro $49/mo, Enterprise custom | Credits: research, drafting, enrichment, dialing | One person who wants to try an AI agent without a sales call |
| AiSDR | $250, $900 and $2,500/mo | AI-researched contacts per month | Teams that want a full autonomous agent with a published ladder |
| Artisan (Ava) | Not published; scoped per plan | Leads contacted per month, roughly 2,500 or 6,000 | Teams that want a managed rollout with a CSM and a dialer |
| 11x (Alice) | Not published; no pricing page | Not disclosed | Enterprise buyers already in a sales cycle |
| Apollo | $49, $79 and $119 per seat/mo, annual | Seats plus data credits | AI assistance inside a database, not an autonomous agent |
| AutoMail | $49/mo flat per workspace | Nothing metered; unlimited seats | Teams with a list who need the sequence written and replies booked |
Two of those rows are not AI SDRs in the strict sense, and they are in the table on purpose. Apollo and AutoMail represent the option most teams should price before they commit to an autonomous agent, because the gap between $49 and $2,500 a month buys a lot of patience.
How much does AI SDR software cost?
Published AI SDR pricing in 2026 runs from $49 a month at the self-serve end to $2,500 a month at the top of the only fully published ladder, with the quote-only vendors sitting above that. There is no reliable public figure for Artisan or 11x, and any roundup quoting one is repeating a number the vendor no longer shows.
AiSDR is the useful benchmark because it publishes both the price and the volume, which lets you calculate the only number that actually compares across the category: what one researched, contacted prospect costs you.
| AiSDR plan | Price per month | Contacts per month | Cost per contact |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo, monthly | $250 | 200 | $1.25 |
| Solo, annual ($2,400/yr) | $200 | 200 | $1.00 |
| Explore, quarterly | $900 | 800 | $1.13 |
| Explore, annual ($8,640/yr) | $720 | 800 | $0.90 |
| Scale, quarterly | $2,500 | 2,500 | $1.00 |
| Scale, annual ($24,000/yr) | $2,000 | 2,500 | $0.80 |
Cost per contact falls from $1.25 to $0.80 across the ladder, so the volume discount is real but modest: roughly 36% for a tenfold jump in commitment. Hold that dollar figure in mind, because it is the number to compare everything else against. If you already own a verified list, you are paying about a dollar per prospect for research and copywriting, and nothing else.
Regie.ai does not fit that math, because it bills credits rather than contacts. Research, drafting, enrichment and dialing all draw from the same pool, and Pro includes 5,000 credits a month for $49, with annual billing taking 17% off. One genuinely good detail in its model: enrichment that returns nothing costs nothing, which is unusual in a category where failed lookups normally burn credit either way.
Which AI SDR vendors actually publish their pricing?
Two of them, as of August 31, 2026: Regie.ai and AiSDR. Artisan's pricing page now shows three tiers labeled Team (about 2,500 leads contacted per month), Scale (about 6,000) and Enterprise, each with "Pricing scoped on your plan" and a "Talk to sales" button instead of a figure. 11x has no pricing page at all; the URL returns a 404 and there is no pricing link anywhere in the site navigation.
This matters when you are reading comparisons, including the ones ranking above this page. A large number of 2026 roundups still quote Artisan at $250 a month for an "Intern" plan and $600 for an "Employee" plan. Those tier names and prices are not on Artisan's pricing page today. Whether they were withdrawn or simply moved behind sales, quoting them as current pricing is wrong, and it is the kind of error that survives for years because every roundup copies the last one. Check the vendor's own page before you budget against any number you read, including the ones in this article.
Gated pricing is not itself a red flag. It usually means the product involves managed onboarding, sending infrastructure and a customer success motion that genuinely varies by account, and Artisan says as much: every plan includes a CSM, guided onboarding, and sending infrastructure sized to your volume. It does mean you cannot shortlist on price, so budget the calendar time for two or three sales calls before you can compare.
What does an AI SDR actually do?
An AI SDR researches a prospect, writes a personalized email or LinkedIn message from that research, sends it from mailboxes it warms and rotates for you, then handles the reply thread until a meeting is booked or the lead is disqualified. The honest summary is that it automates the research and writing steps a human SDR spends most of their day on, and it does not automate judgment about who is worth contacting. That part is still yours, and it is the part that decides whether the campaign works. The longer explanation of the category, including where the "24/7" claim genuinely matters and where it does not, is in what an AI SDR is and what they cost.
An AI SDR is one instance of a much broader shift, and outbound is simply where the software matured first. Teams evaluating one for sales often end up looking at ready-made AI agents for other parts of the business in the same quarter, because the buying question is identical: which repetitive, high-volume workflow is worth handing to software that runs unattended.
Which AI SDR is best for a small team?
For a team under about ten people, Regie.ai Pro at $49 a month is the only option you can evaluate without a sales cycle, and the free tier with 250 credits lets you test the output quality before you pay anything. AiSDR Solo at $250 a month is the entry point if you want the fully autonomous version, though 200 contacts a month is a small campaign by outbound standards. Artisan and 11x are both built for teams already running outbound at volume with budget approved, and neither will be the cheapest path for a first attempt.
There is a real question worth asking before any of this. At 200 contacts a month, an AI SDR is doing research and writing for roughly ten prospects a working day. If your team can already produce that volume of good personalized email, the software is solving a problem you do not have. The case gets much stronger at 1,000 or more contacts a month, where hand-writing openers stops being possible at all.
Do AI SDRs actually book meetings?
Yes, but the volume is governed by the same reply-rate arithmetic as any cold email program, and buying an agent does not change it. If a well-run campaign gets a 5% reply rate and a third of those replies are positive, 1,000 contacts a month produces about 17 interested conversations, of which some fraction become meetings. An AI SDR improves the research and personalization inputs to that equation, which genuinely moves reply rate, but it does not create demand where none exists. Our cold email reply rate benchmarks and conversion rate breakdown have the bands to sanity-check any vendor's projection against.
Be careful with case studies quoting pipeline generated rather than meetings held. Pipeline is a self-reported number that depends entirely on how the company sizes an opportunity, and it is the metric most often used when the meeting count is unremarkable.
Is an AI SDR worth it compared to hiring an SDR?
The comparison people reach for is salary, and it is the wrong one for most teams evaluating their first agent. A fully loaded US SDR costs multiples of even the $2,500 tier, so on that axis the software wins trivially. The comparison that actually decides it is against the tool you would otherwise buy: a sequencing platform at $25 to $55 a month, plus your own time writing the copy.
Framed that way, an AI SDR is buying back the hours spent researching accounts and writing openers, at roughly a dollar per prospect. That is excellent value if those hours are the constraint, and poor value if your constraint is list quality, offer, or the fact that nobody is following up on the replies you already get. Diagnose which one you have before you sign a quarterly contract, because every vendor at the autonomous end bills in advance for three months at minimum.
What to check before you buy
The contract term. AiSDR Explore and Scale are quarterly contracts paid in advance, and annual billing is where the 20% discount lives. That is normal for the category, but it means a bad fit costs you a quarter, not a month.
What counts as a contact. Vendors meter differently: AiSDR counts AI-researched contacts per month, Artisan counts leads contacted, Regie counts credits across four different activities. A "2,500 contact" plan and a "5,000 credit" plan are not comparable numbers, and the vendor's own definition is the only one that matters on your invoice.
Mailbox and domain limits. These quietly cap your real volume. AiSDR Solo includes 1 domain, 3 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account; Scale includes 6 domains, 18 mailboxes and 20 LinkedIn accounts. If you plan to send more than a few hundred emails a day you need mailboxes to spread it across, which is covered in how many mailboxes per domain and how many cold emails you can send per day.
Managed service add-ons. Read these before you compare headline prices. AiSDR sells per-campaign managed service at $149 per campaign and a fully managed service at $2,500 a month on top of the plan, which can double the bill for a team that wanted the agent precisely because it lacked the people to run it.
Whether you needed the data layer at all. Every autonomous vendor bundles contact data into the price. If you already buy that separately, you are paying twice. Our Apollo vs Hunter.io comparison covers what that data layer costs on its own, and it is usually a fraction of an AI SDR subscription.
The cheaper path most teams should price first
If the reason an AI SDR looks appealing is that nobody on the team has time to write personalized openers at volume, that specific problem is solvable for a great deal less than $250 a month. AutoMail researches each prospect, writes the full personalized sequence, warms and rotates your sending mailboxes, then pauses on reply and routes meeting-ready answers to your booking link, at $49 a month flat per workspace with unlimited seats and nothing metered by credits. It is not an autonomous agent and does not pretend to be: you decide who gets contacted.
Price that against the dollar-per-contact benchmark above at your real monthly volume. At 1,000 contacts a month, the autonomous option is roughly $1,000 and the sequencing option is $49 plus your list. That gap is the actual decision, and it is worth making deliberately rather than defaulting to whichever vendor answered the demo request first. If sequencing is what you need, the best cold email software roundup and the AI SDR software overview are the two places to start.
