Klenty Pricing 2026: Plans, Cost Per User and Add-Ons

Klenty costs $50 a month for email-only Starter, $70 per user for Growth and $99 per user for Plus, billed annually, plus $45 per user for the parallel dialer. The catch is that LinkedIn, calling, SMS and CRM automation all start on Growth, so a multichannel buyer is really a $70-a-seat buyer. Every figure first-party from klenty.com in September 2026.

Klenty pricing runs $50 a month for the email-only Starter plan, $70 per user a month for Growth and $99 per user a month for Plus, all billed annually, with a parallel and power dialer add-on at $45 per user a month. There is no monthly billing option, only annual or quarterly, and no free plan, just a 14-day trial capped at 200 emails. Every figure here was read from klenty.com on 15 September 2026. The number most buyers miss is not on any of the three cards: LinkedIn steps, the dialer, SMS and CRM automation all start on Growth, so if you came to Klenty for multichannel outreach, your real entry price is $70 a seat, not $50.

That gap between the headline and the plan you actually need is the most useful thing to understand about Klenty pricing, so this guide starts there, then works through what each tier includes, what the seat math looks like for a team, what is missing from every plan, and where Klenty stops being the right category of tool.

Klenty pricing plans in 2026

Plan Price (billed annually) Channels Included limits What it adds
Starter $50 per month Email only 15,000 contacts and 75,000 emails a month Deliverability controls, custom tracking domain, random send intervals, volume control, A/B testing, liquid templates, merge fields, API, Zapier, CSV upload, approve-before-send
Growth $70 per user per month Email, calls, SMS, LinkedIn 200 calling minutes included Everything in Starter plus cold calling with number rotation and reputation management, AI voicemail and outcome detection, conversation tracking, Social Selling steps, SMS automation, CRM plugin with sales-stage automation and auto import and export
Plus $99 per user per month Email, calls, SMS, LinkedIn 1,000 calling minutes and 4,000 phone and email data credits Everything in Growth plus account-based selling, Action AI next-step execution, account prioritization and stages, AI call coaching with battlecards, live transcription, objection detection and call scorecards, goals
Parallel and Power Dialer $45 per user per month Calls Add-on Multi-line parallel dialing on top of the standard click-to-call dialer

Klenty labels the toggle above these cards Annually and Quarterly with a Save up to 20% badge on annual, and only renders the annual figures without a click, so plan on quarterly costing up to a fifth more if you would rather not commit for a year. The trial is 14 days, needs no card, opens every feature, and stops at 200 sent emails.

The $50 plan is not the plan you are shopping for

Starter is a good email sequencing plan. Fifteen thousand contacts and seventy-five thousand emails a month is generous, the deliverability controls are real, and the approve-before-send step is the kind of thing teams only appreciate after a merge-field accident. What Starter does not do is anything beyond email. There is no dialer, no SMS, no LinkedIn step and no CRM sales-stage automation on that card. All of that arrives with Growth.

So the buyer who read a roundup describing Klenty as a multichannel sales engagement platform and priced it at $50 has priced the wrong tier. For a rep who calls and emails, the seat is $70. For a rep who also needs the parallel dialer, it is $115. For a team that wants the AI coaching and the built-in data credits, it is $99 before add-ons. None of this is hidden, but the pricing page leads with the smallest number, as pricing pages do, and the comparison sites repeat it.

Is Klenty Starter priced per user?

Honest answer: the vendor page is ambiguous and third parties are not. The Growth and Plus cards both read per user/month billed annually. The Starter card reads per month billed annually, with no per-user label. Independent price trackers such as Vendr list Starter as $50 per user per month, and older Klenty pricing was clearly per seat across the board. Until Klenty states otherwise in your trial invoice, budget Starter as $50 a seat. If it turns out to be flat for the account, that is a pleasant surprise rather than a plan you can rely on.

What Klenty costs for a team

Team size Starter (email only) Growth Growth plus parallel dialer Plus
1 rep $50 per month $70 per month $115 per month $99 per month
5 reps $250 per month if per seat $350 per month $575 per month $495 per month
10 reps $500 per month if per seat $700 per month $1,150 per month $990 per month

All of those are annual-billing figures, so multiply by twelve for the contract value: a five-rep Growth team is a $4,200 annual commitment, and the same team on Plus with the parallel dialer is $8,640. Klenty publishes no volume discount on the self-serve tiers. Larger teams negotiate, and the vendor steers anyone on Growth or Plus toward a demo call rather than a checkout button, which is the usual sign that list price is a starting point.

The calling minutes deserve a note. Growth includes 200 minutes per user and Plus includes 1,000, and the dialer handles number rotation and reputation management for you. The numbers themselves and any overage are provisioned on top. A team that already runs a cloud business phone line per rep should check whether the bundled minutes are worth the step up from Starter, or whether it only wants the sequencing.

What Klenty pricing does include that rivals charge for

  • Mailbox warm-up at domain and inbox level, on every plan. Several comparison articles claim Klenty lacks warm-up; that is wrong.
  • Auto inbox rotation, so a sequence can spread across several connected mailboxes.
  • A contact database. Prospect IQ is built in, and Plus bundles 4,000 phone and email credits a month.
  • CRM depth. Two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics, with sales-stage automation from Growth.
  • Unlimited trial seats. The whole team can join the 14-day trial, which is rarer than it should be.

What Klenty pricing does not include

  • Monthly billing. Annual or quarterly only. If you want to try a tool for one paid month, Klenty is not built for that.
  • LinkedIn reach beyond the LinkedIn cap. Social Selling steps on Growth inherit the limit of the connected LinkedIn account, roughly 100 invitations per rolling week for most profiles. No tier changes it.
  • The sequence itself. Klenty ships playbooks, liquid templates and AI assists. A rep still picks the angle, researches the account and writes the message, which is the part that eats the afternoon.
  • Seat-independent pricing. Growth and Plus bill every login, and the seat is the same price whether the rep sends four sequences a week or forty.

Klenty pricing compared with the tools it is shortlisted against

Tool Entry price Pricing shape Where it beats Klenty
Klenty $50 Starter, $70 Growth, $99 Plus, annual Per user Dialer, coaching, CRM depth in one seat
Dripify $39 per user, annual Per user Cheaper seat if LinkedIn is the only channel
QuickMail $49 flat Flat, unlimited seats and senders Far cheaper for a team that only sends email
Saleshandy $34 annual, one user Flat by volume, seats capped per tier Cheapest solo entry with unlimited inboxes
AutoMail $49 flat per workspace Flat, unlimited seats AI writes each 1:1 sequence; cost does not move with headcount

The head-to-heads go deeper. Klenty vs Dripify covers the LinkedIn ceiling both run into, Klenty vs QuickMail covers per-user against flat unlimited seats, and Klenty vs Salesloft covers the step up to an enterprise platform. For the wider market, the cold email software pricing comparison puts fourteen vendors on one table.

Klenty pricing FAQ

How much does Klenty cost? Klenty costs $50 a month for the email-only Starter plan, $70 per user a month for Growth and $99 per user a month for Plus, all billed annually, plus $45 per user a month for the parallel and power dialer add-on. Quarterly billing is available at up to 20 percent more. There is no monthly option and no free plan. Prices read from klenty.com on 15 September 2026.

Does Klenty have a free plan? No. Klenty offers a 14-day free trial with full access to every sales engagement feature, no credit card required, and the whole team can join it. The trial is capped at 200 sent emails. When it ends the account is deactivated unless you upgrade, though Klenty says it will discuss an extension on a consultation call.

Is Klenty billed monthly? No. The pricing page offers annual and quarterly billing only, with annual labeled as saving up to 20 percent. Klenty describes itself as pay-as-you-go in the sense that you can cancel any time without a cancellation fee and will not be charged for the next billing period, but the billing period itself is a quarter at minimum.

Does Klenty include LinkedIn automation? From the Growth plan at $70 per user a month, yes, as Social Selling steps inside a cadence: connection requests, messages and profile actions sequenced alongside email and calls. Starter has no LinkedIn steps. Reach follows the connected LinkedIn account, roughly 100 invitations per rolling week for most profiles, and no Klenty tier raises that.

What is included in the Klenty free trial? Everything on the sales engagement side, for 14 days, for as many users as you invite, with a hard stop at 200 emails sent to prospects. Support runs 24 hours a day on weekdays during the trial. It is enough to test deliverability setup and the cadence builder, and not enough to run a real campaign, which is the point.

Is Klenty worth it? For a sales team that emails, calls and touches LinkedIn from one cadence and needs every activity logged in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, Growth at $70 a seat is fair value against Salesloft and Outreach contracts that start in the tens of thousands a year. It is poor value for a team that only sends email, because flat-priced senders cover the same people for one fee, and it does not solve the writing problem, because the rep still writes every sequence.

Where Klenty fits, and where it does not

Buy Klenty when the constraint is coordinating three channels and a CRM across a team of reps, and price it at Growth, because that is where the platform starts. It is a competent, well-supported sales engagement tool at a fraction of enterprise pricing, and its deliverability features are better than its reputation suggests.

Do not buy it as a fix for cold email that is not getting replies. More channels and more seats do not change what the email says. If the bottleneck is the sequence itself, that is the job AutoMail does: it researches each prospect, writes the personalized opener and follow-ups, warms and rotates your inboxes, then pauses on reply and routes meeting-ready answers to your booking link, for a flat price per workspace that does not move when you hire. The Klenty alternatives page lays that trade out side by side, and the sales engagement platform page covers what the category should do for a team that mostly sells by email.
