Dripify for Recruitment: Pricing, Limits and Alternatives

Dripify works for candidate sourcing: Recruiter Lite and Sales Navigator compatible, $39 a recruiter on annual Basic, $59 on Pro. It is weak for winning clients, because LinkedIn caps each account at about 100 invitations a week. What a recruitment desk really pays, and when email does the business development job better.

Dripify works well for recruitment when the job is candidate sourcing on LinkedIn: it runs connection requests, profile visits and follow-up messages from the cloud, it is compatible with Recruiter Lite and Sales Navigator, and it costs $39 per recruiter a month on annual Basic or $59 on Pro. It is a weak fit for the other half of agency recruiting, winning new clients, because LinkedIn caps every account at roughly 100 invitations a week and hiring managers at US companies are easier to reach by email at volume. Most staffing firms end up using a LinkedIn tool for candidates and an email tool for business development. Every price below was read from Dripify's own pricing page in September 2026.

What Dripify does for recruiters

Dripify signs in to your LinkedIn account from a cloud server and works through a sequence you design: view a profile, send a connection request with a note, wait two days, send a message if they accepted, follow up if they did not reply. You build the sequence once, drop a search into it, and it runs whether or not your laptop is open. For a recruiter who spends the first two hours of every day sending the same kind of connection request to the same kind of engineer, that is the whole appeal.

The recruiter-specific details are the ones worth checking before you buy:

  • Account types. Dripify says it works with free LinkedIn, Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite accounts, so you do not need to switch your seat to use it.
  • Search imports. You can pull leads from LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator or Recruiter search results. Dripify's help center caps a single import at 1,000 profiles from a free or Recruiter search and 2,475 from a Sales Navigator search, so a big talent pool gets split across several searches.
  • Email steps. Sequences can include email actions, and every plan has an email finder with 100 credits a month per user.
  • Integrations. HubSpot on Pro and above, plus Zapier, Make, webhooks and an API. There is no native ATS connector on the pricing page, so getting candidates into Bullhorn, Greenhouse or a recruitment CRM means Zapier or a CSV export, and CSV export is a Pro feature.

Dripify pricing for recruiters and recruitment agencies

Dripify charges per user on every tier, which matters more to a recruitment desk than to a solo founder because every recruiter sourcing on LinkedIn needs their own account and therefore their own seat.

PlanMonthlyAnnual (per month)What changes for a recruiter
Basic$59 per user$39 per userOne drip campaign, limited daily quotas. Fine for one role family, not for a desk working five open reqs.
Pro$79 per user$59 per userUnlimited campaigns, full daily quotas, dedicated inbox, CSV export, HubSpot. The realistic tier for agency recruiters.
Advanced$99 per user$79 per userTeam management, A/B testing, lead tagging and stronger LinkedIn account protection.
EnterpriseOn requestOn requestCustom terms for larger teams.

For a five-recruiter desk on annual Pro that is $295 a month, or $3,540 a year, before any LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator seats you already pay for. A ten-person agency on annual Advanced is $790 a month. None of the tiers adds finder credits: Basic, Pro and Advanced all include the same 100 a month. The full breakdown, including what the tiers leave out, is in our Dripify pricing guide.

How many candidates can Dripify actually reach?

About 430 new connection requests per recruiter per month, whichever plan you buy. Dripify's plan cards advertise 20 connection requests a day on Basic and 75 on Pro and Advanced, but LinkedIn limits most accounts to roughly 100 invitations per rolling seven days, and that limit belongs to the account rather than to the software. Upgrading from Basic to Advanced buys campaign management and safety features. It does not buy more candidates.

Run the arithmetic for your own desk before you sign. If a third of your requests are accepted and a quarter of those people reply, 430 invites becomes about 36 conversations a month per recruiter. Those are illustrative rates, not a benchmark, so plug in your own. The point is that the ceiling is fixed by LinkedIn and the only ways to raise it are more accounts, which means more seats, or messages to people you are already connected to, which sit outside the invitation cap.

There is also the account risk. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits third-party automation, and accounts that use it can be restricted. Cloud tools like Dripify add randomized delays and ramp-up to reduce detection, and Advanced sells stronger protection, but the restriction lands on the recruiter's own profile, the one their network knows. Agencies usually decide who is allowed to automate and who is not before rolling it out across a desk.

Is Dripify good for recruitment agencies?

Dripify is good for the candidate side of an agency. Passive candidates live on LinkedIn, a connection request from a real recruiter profile gets read, and a cloud sequence keeps those touches going while the recruiter is on calls. At $59 a seat on annual Pro it is priced sensibly for that job, and the sequence builder is one of the deeper ones in the LinkedIn category.

It is a weaker fit for the client side. Business development in a US staffing firm means reaching hiring managers, VPs of engineering, HR directors and founders who are not looking for you. They get dozens of LinkedIn requests from recruiters every week and tend to ignore them. They do read email, and email has no weekly platform cap. A BD recruiter who wants to open 1,000 new accounts a quarter cannot get there on 430 LinkedIn invites a month, no matter which Dripify tier they pick.

Dripify for sourcing, email for business development

Split the two jobs and the tooling decision gets easy. Candidate sourcing is a LinkedIn problem, so a LinkedIn tool is the right purchase. Client acquisition is a volume problem with a message-quality problem on top: you need to reach many hiring managers, and each email has to reference the role they are actually trying to fill, or it reads like every other agency pitch in their inbox.

Re-engaging past clientsEmail, then phoneList qualityYour CRM plus an email sequence
Screening the applicants who respondYour ATSRecruiter hoursScreening software, not outreach software

That last row is worth a sentence. Once outreach is working, the bottleneck moves: a desk that fills its pipeline faster ends up reading more resumes than it can handle, and that is a job for resume screening software rather than another outreach seat.

For the business development row, this is exactly what AutoMail does. It researches each target company, looks at what they are hiring for, and writes a first email and follow-ups that reference that specific search. It warms up and rotates your sending inboxes so volume does not burn your domain, pauses the sequence the moment a hiring manager replies, and routes interested replies to your booking link. Pricing is flat per workspace, from $49 a month with 5 inboxes, so adding a recruiter does not add a seat charge. There is a full walkthrough on our cold email for recruiters page.

Dripify alternatives for recruiters

If Dripify is close but not quite right, the alternative depends on what is bothering you:

  • You want LinkedIn and email in one sequence with a stronger email sender. Snov.io sells LinkedIn automation as a $69 a month slot per account, $62 on annual billing and $10 less with a Sales Suite plan, next to a real email platform with unlimited sender accounts. We priced both side by side in Snov.io vs Dripify.
  • You run many recruiter accounts from one place. Tools built around multiple LinkedIn senders on one subscription fit agencies better than per-seat pricing. Our Dripify alternatives roundup compares seven of them on September 2026 pricing.
  • Business development is really an email job. Compare an email-first sender against Dripify in Woodpecker vs Dripify or Instantly vs Dripify, and read cold email vs LinkedIn outreach for when each channel wins.

Is Dripify worth it for recruiters?

Yes, if you source on LinkedIn every day and will use more than one campaign, which puts you on Pro at $59 a month billed annually. The time it saves on repetitive connection requests is real, and Recruiter Lite and Sales Navigator searches import directly. It is not worth it as your only outbound tool if your revenue depends on signing new clients, because the weekly invitation cap and hiring-manager fatigue on LinkedIn limit how many accounts you can open.

Does Dripify work with LinkedIn Recruiter?

Dripify states that it is compatible with free LinkedIn, Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite accounts, and its help center documents importing leads from Recruiter search results with a limit of 1,000 profiles per import. Sales Navigator searches allow up to 2,475. Check the current help article before you buy a full Recruiter seat for automation, because support for LinkedIn's premium recruiting products changes over time.

How much does Dripify cost for a recruitment team?

Dripify is priced per user: $59, $79 and $99 a month for Basic, Pro and Advanced, or $39, $59 and $79 a month on annual billing. A five-recruiter team on annual Pro pays $295 a month and a ten-recruiter team pays $590. Each recruiter needs their own seat because each seat automates one LinkedIn account. Enterprise pricing is available on request for larger agencies.

Is it safe to use Dripify on a recruiter's LinkedIn account?

It is lower risk than a browser extension but not risk free. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits automation software, and accounts that trip its detection can be restricted. Dripify runs in the cloud with human-like delays and sells stronger account protection on Advanced. Keep daily volumes conservative, warm up new accounts slowly, and decide as an agency whose profile you are willing to put at risk.

What is the best outreach tool for recruiters?

For sourcing candidates, a LinkedIn automation tool such as Dripify, because that is where passive candidates respond. For business development with hiring managers, a cold email platform, because email reaches more decision-makers per month and has no platform-imposed weekly cap. Agencies that grow fastest usually run both, with the email side personalized to each company's open roles rather than a generic agency pitch.
