PlusVibe pricing starts at $37 a month for the Personal plan, which includes 25,000 emails a month, 30,000 active leads and 1,000 enrichment credits. Business starts at $77 a month for 150,000 emails and 100,000 active leads, and Agency starts at $497 a month for 500,000 or more emails with isolated sending servers. Paying yearly takes two months off, so Personal drops to about $30.80 a month and Business to about $64.20. Every paid plan rises in steps as you add enrichment credits, and done-for-you inboxes cost $4 to $4.50 each a month on top.
We read the PlusVibe pricing page ourselves in October 2026, including the plan comparison table and the add-on tabs that sit behind the main cards. PlusVibe grew out of Pipl.ai, and older reviews still use that name, so if you see a Pipl.ai price quoted somewhere, it is probably out of date. Below are the plans, the add-ons, what a real monthly bill looks like for three common setups, and how the price per email compares with Instantly and Smartlead.
PlusVibe plans and prices
PlusVibe sells three self-serve tiers plus a 14-day trial. The price of Personal and Business is not one number: each card has a slider for enrichment credits, and the monthly price moves with it.
| Plan | Monthly price | Yearly price, per month | Emails a month | Active leads | Enrichment credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | $0 for 14 days | Not applicable | 1,000 | Limited | 100 |
| Personal | $37 to $58 | $30.80 to $48.30 | 25,000 | 30,000 | 1,000 to 7,000 |
| Business | $77 to $220 | $64.20 to $183.40 | 150,000 | 100,000 | 3,000 to 50,000 |
| Agency | From $497 | From $415 | 500,000 or more | 1,000,000 or more | Custom |
The credit steps on Personal are $37 for 1,000 credits, $45 for 3,000, $52 for 5,000 and $58 for 7,000. On Business they are $77 for 3,000, $92 for 7,000, $119 for 15,000, $165 for 30,000 and $220 for 50,000. If you bring a list that is already verified and enriched, take the lowest step. You are paying for data you will not use otherwise.
Lists stored outside campaigns have their own ceiling: 300,000 leads on Personal, 1,000,000 on Business and unlimited on Agency.
What each PlusVibe plan includes
Personal covers the core sender: unlimited campaigns, the AI sequence writer and copy assistant, warm-up with deliverability monitoring, basic matching of sending provider to recipient provider, a unified inbox, AI sentiment tagging on replies, automatic rotation of sender addresses and basic integrations. It comes with one workspace.
Business adds the pieces a team running real volume needs: advanced warm-up settings, advanced provider matching, AI reply agents, webhooks, Zapier and Make triggers, API access, user roles and priority support. It also has one workspace, and extra workspaces start at $29 a month.
Agency is a different product in practice. You get an isolated sending server per client, dedicated IPs with rotation, client workspaces, white label for each client, reputation checks, a warm-up recovery scheme and a private Slack channel. It is sold through a demo call rather than a checkout button.
PlusVibe add-ons that change the bill
The plan card is not the whole cost. Two add-on lines on the same pricing page matter for almost every buyer.
| Add-on | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Done-for-you Google Workspace inboxes | $4 per inbox a month | Domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up, inboxes connected and warmed |
| Done-for-you Microsoft 365 inboxes | $4.50 per inbox a month | Same setup on Microsoft 365, multi-domain |
| Microsoft Azure infrastructure | $49 per domain a month | Dedicated IPs and rotating domains, aimed at agencies |
| Custom done-for-you setup | $1,500 a month | Tailored multi-domain infrastructure, CRM integration, strategy support |
| Inbox placement testing | $19, $39 or $89 a month | 300 or 1,000 test credits a month on the first two tiers |
| Extra workspace | From $29 a month | A separate workspace for another brand or client |
The Google and Microsoft inbox prices are about level with what other senders charge to resell mailboxes. Smartlead charges $4.50 a mailbox a month plus $13 a domain a year, and Reply.io charges $5 a mailbox plus $6 a domain a year. Domain costs on the PlusVibe inbox tiers are not broken out on the card, so ask before you commit to a large batch.
How much does PlusVibe cost per month for a real team?
Three setups cover most buyers. All three use monthly billing, the lowest credit step, and done-for-you Google inboxes where you do not already own mailboxes.
| Setup | Plan | Inboxes | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founder sending about 6,000 emails a month | Personal $37 | 10 Google inboxes, $40 | About $77 |
| Small sales team sending about 60,000 a month | Business $77 | 40 Google inboxes, $160 | About $237 |
| Agency with five clients | Agency from $497 | Usually on Azure at $49 a domain | $497 plus infrastructure, quoted |
Notice where the money goes in the middle row. The software is a third of the bill and the inboxes are two thirds. That is true of every cold email sender priced with unlimited mailboxes, and it is why the plan price alone is a poor way to compare tools. If you are deciding how many inboxes you need in the first place, our guide to how many mailboxes per domain does that arithmetic.
Is PlusVibe cheaper than Instantly?
Per email sent, yes. PlusVibe Business sends 150,000 emails for $77 a month, about 51 cents per thousand, while Instantly Hypergrowth sends 125,000 for $97, about 78 cents per thousand. At the entry level the gap is wider: PlusVibe Personal includes 25,000 emails for $37, and Instantly Growth includes 5,000 for $47. Instantly's advantage is its built-in lead database and larger ecosystem.
| Plan | Monthly price | Emails a month | Cost per 1,000 emails |
|---|---|---|---|
| PlusVibe Personal | $37 | 25,000 | $1.48 |
| PlusVibe Business | $77 | 150,000 | $0.51 |
| Instantly Growth | $47 | 5,000 | $9.40 |
| Instantly Hypergrowth | $97 | 125,000 | $0.78 |
| Smartlead Base | $39 | 6,000 | $6.50 |
| Smartlead Pro | $94 | 90,000 | $1.04 |
Instantly and Smartlead figures are from their own pricing pages in October 2026. For the full picture on those two, see our Instantly pricing and Smartlead pricing breakdowns, or the cheapest cold email software comparison, which adds mailbox costs to every vendor.
Is PlusVibe worth it?
PlusVibe is worth it when you send a lot of email from a list you already have and you care most about cost per email. The included volume is generous at both self-serve tiers, warm-up and rotation come standard, and Business adds the API, webhooks and reply agents that a growing team will want. It is less of a fit when you need a contact database at the scale Apollo or Instantly bundle, or when your reps also work LinkedIn and the phone, because PlusVibe is built around email.
The other question is who writes the emails. PlusVibe includes an AI sequence writer, but like most senders it starts from your template and your variables. If the reason your campaigns stall is the copy itself, a tool that researches each company and writes the opener and follow-ups for that prospect solves a different problem than a cheaper sender does.
Does PlusVibe charge per user?
No. PlusVibe prices by emails sent, active leads and enrichment credits, not by seat. Personal and Business each include one workspace, and Business adds user roles and administration. Agency lists unlimited users and team members. Extra workspaces for another brand or client start at $29 a month, which matters more to agencies than the user count.
Does PlusVibe limit the number of email accounts?
On paid plans the cards meter emails and leads, not mailboxes, and sender rotation is included from Personal up. The 14-day trial is the exception: it connects up to 3 email accounts and sends up to 1,000 emails. Your real limit on a paid plan is the monthly email allowance divided across your inboxes, plus what each mailbox provider tolerates per day.
Does PlusVibe have a free trial?
Yes. The trial runs 14 days and includes 1,000 emails, 100 enrichment credits and warm-up for 3 inboxes. That is enough to connect your real mailboxes, check the interface and watch warm-up start, but not enough to judge reply rates, which need a few thousand sends and two to three weeks of follow-ups.
PlusVibe alternatives by what you are buying
If you are pricing PlusVibe, you are usually weighing it against two or three other senders. The useful split is by the job:
- Lowest cost per email from your own list: PlusVibe Business, Smartlead Pro or Instantly Hypergrowth. Our Instantly vs Smartlead comparison covers the two best known.
- Leads and sending in one subscription: Instantly or Apollo, with the trade-offs laid out in Apollo vs Instantly.
- Email, LinkedIn and calls in one sequence: Reply.io or Lemlist on their multichannel plans.
- The email written for you, one prospect at a time: AutoMail, where the AI researches each company, writes the whole sequence, sends from warmed and rotated inboxes, stops on reply and routes interested prospects to your booking link. It is priced flat per workspace from $49 a month, or $24 on annual billing, with unlimited seats. See AutoMail pricing.
Whichever sender you choose, the list going into it decides more of the result than the plan does. If you are still building that list, run every address through an email finder that verifies each address before upload, because bounces are what burn the inboxes you are paying $4 a month for.
How we checked these prices
We read PlusVibe's pricing page in October 2026, including both the monthly and yearly tabs, every enrichment credit step, the done-for-you setup tab, the placement test tab and the plan comparison table. Instantly, Smartlead and Reply.io figures come from their own pricing pages read the same month. Vendors change prices often, so confirm the number on the checkout screen before you buy, and expect taxes on top for US buyers.
