SmartReach Pricing and the Plan Cold Emailers Need

SmartReach pricing read from its own page in October 2026. Basic is $29 but caps you at 50 emails a day per mailbox with no inbox rotation, so cold email teams start on Plus at $89. Every plan, add-on and a real monthly bill, compared with Instantly, PlusVibe and Reply.io.

SmartReach pricing starts at $29 a month for Email Outreach Basic and $39 a month for Sales Engagement Basic, but neither Basic plan is built for cold email at volume. Basic allows 1 user, 10 warm-up accounts, 50 emails a day per mailbox, 10,000 emails a month and no inbox rotation. The plan most cold email teams actually need is Email Outreach Plus at $89 a month, which adds unlimited users, unlimited emails, 25 warm-up accounts, rotation and CRM sync. Pro is $199 and Scale is $499, and annual billing saves up to 11 percent.

We read the SmartReach.io pricing page ourselves in October 2026, including the plan cards, the add-on list and the long feature table further down the page. The headline on that page is "no per seat pricing", and that is true from Plus upward. The detail that changes the buying decision sits in the feature table, not on the cards, so this guide starts there.

SmartReach plans and prices

SmartReach sells two product lines with four tiers each. Email Outreach is for teams running cold email only. Sales Engagement adds calling seats, LinkedIn steps and WhatsApp tasks to the same cadence. Both lines price by active prospects, meaning people you actually contact in a billing cycle, rather than by seats or mailboxes.

Plan Monthly price Active prospects Emails a month Users Warm-up accounts Lead finder credits
Email Outreach Basic$291,00010,000110None
Email Outreach Plus$8950,000UnlimitedUnlimited251,000
Email Outreach Pro$199 (shown struck through from $279)100,000UnlimitedUnlimited752,000
Email Outreach Scale$499500,000UnlimitedUnlimitedUnlimited5,000
Sales Engagement Basic$391,00010,000110None
Sales Engagement Plus$9950,000UnlimitedUnlimited251,000
Sales Engagement Pro$249 (shown struck through from $349)100,000UnlimitedUnlimited752,000
Sales Engagement Scale$599500,000UnlimitedUnlimitedUnlimited5,000

Sales Engagement adds calling seats and manual LinkedIn seats in steps: 1 of each on Basic, 3 on Plus, 10 on Pro and 100 on Scale. Fully automated LinkedIn sending is not in any plan price. It is an add-on at $29 a month per LinkedIn account.

Why SmartReach Basic is not a cold email plan

The Basic card says "unlimited sending emails" at the top and "10,000 emails per month" a few lines lower. The feature table explains the gap. On Basic you get a maximum of 50 emails a day per email account and 10 warm-up accounts, so the real ceiling is about 500 sends a day across ten warmed mailboxes. Inbox rotation and ESP matching, which pairs your sending provider with the recipient's, are marked as not included on Basic. So are buying domains and mailboxes inside the app, CRM integrations other than Zapier, and the AI reply classifier. Basic also caps you at 30 campaigns and 1 user.

None of that matters for a founder sending a few hundred careful emails a week. It matters a lot for anyone who has read that the safe way to send volume is to spread it across many warmed inboxes. Rotation is exactly the feature that does that spreading, and on SmartReach it starts at $89. If you want the reasoning behind rotation, our explainer on what inbox rotation does covers it, and how many mailboxes per domain does the sizing.

Plus also raises the per-mailbox limit from 50 to 100 emails a day. With 25 warm-up accounts that is a ceiling of about 2,500 sends a day before you reach Pro.

SmartReach add-ons that change the bill

Add-onPriceWhat it buys
Active prospects$79 a month per 30,000More people contacted in a billing cycle
Prospects stored$29 a month per 30,000More prospects held in the account
LinkedIn automation$29 a month per accountFully automated connection requests, messages and profile views
Client dashboards$29 a month per clientAnother client in the agency view
CRM integrations$29 a month per CRMSync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and others
Calling seats$19 a month per phone numberAnother seat for calls in your cadences
Pre-setup domainsFrom $5 a monthPlus and above
Google or Microsoft 365 mailboxes$4 a month eachPlus and above
SMTP mailboxes$3 a month eachPlus and above
Azure plus domain$35 a monthPlus and above

Two lines are worth a question before you buy. The plan table shows native HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho sync on Plus and above, while the add-on list also prices CRM integrations at $29 per CRM. Ask sales which one applies to your CRM. And the domain price is a monthly figure, which adds up faster than the yearly domain fees most other senders quote.

How much does SmartReach cost per month for a real team?

Here is a common setup priced on monthly billing: a three-person team sending about 40,000 emails a month to 8,000 prospects, buying its infrastructure inside SmartReach.

LineChoiceMonthly cost
PlanEmail Outreach Plus, unlimited users$89
Mailboxes20 Google mailboxes at $4$80
Domains7 domains at about 3 mailboxes each, from $5$35
TotalAbout $204

The software is less than half of that bill. That pattern holds for every sender that sells unlimited mailboxes, which is why the plan price alone is a poor way to compare them. Our cheapest cold email software comparison adds mailbox costs to every major vendor for exactly this reason.

Compare SmartReach pricing against the alternatives

These are the mid-tier plans a team usually compares SmartReach Plus against, all read from the vendors' own pages in October 2026.

Tool and planMonthly priceContact allowanceSeatsWrites each email for you
SmartReach Email Outreach Plus$8950,000 active prospectsUnlimitedNo, AI helps you edit and classify replies
Instantly Hypergrowth$9725,000 uploaded contactsNot priced per seatNo
PlusVibe BusinessFrom $77100,000 active leadsNot priced per seatNo, AI sequence writer from your template
Reply.io Email VolumeFrom $591,000 active contactsUnlimitedNo, AI SDR sold separately from $500
AutoMail Growth$99, or $49 annual25,000 contacts, 25 inboxesUnlimitedYes, a researched sequence per prospect

On contacts per dollar, SmartReach Plus is strong. It allows twice the contacts of Instantly Hypergrowth for $8 less, and unlike Instantly it bundles calling and LinkedIn on the Sales Engagement line. If you are weighing the two pure senders against each other instead, our PlusVibe vs Instantly comparison shows how far the contact ceiling moves the price, and the Instantly pricing and Smartlead pricing breakdowns cover the other two names that come up most.

Is SmartReach worth it?

SmartReach is worth it for teams that want email plus some calling and LinkedIn in one cadence without paying per seat, and for agencies, because Pro includes 3 client dashboards and single login across clients. The prospect-based pricing is generous above Basic, and free email verification on every plan saves a separate tool.

It is a weaker fit in two cases. If you need high volume on a tight budget and plan to start on Basic, the 50-a-day and no-rotation limits will push you to Plus within weeks, so budget $89 from the start. And if your campaigns stall because the emails themselves do not get replies, a cheaper or more capable sender does not fix that. SmartReach gives you an AI content editor and a campaign writer that drafts from your pitch, but you still own the copy.

That second case is the one AutoMail is built for. The AI researches each company, writes the opener and every follow-up for that prospect, sends from warmed and rotated inboxes, stops on reply and routes interested prospects to your booking link. It is priced flat per workspace from $49 a month, or $24 on annual billing, with unlimited seats. See AutoMail pricing or try the writer at the top of this page.

Does SmartReach charge per user?

No, not above Basic. Email Outreach and Sales Engagement Plus, Pro and Scale all include unlimited users, and pricing scales on active prospects instead. Basic on either line is limited to 1 user. Where you do pay per unit is on the add-ons: calling seats at $19 per phone number, LinkedIn automation at $29 per account and client dashboards at $29 per client.

Does SmartReach have a free trial?

Yes. The trial runs 14 days, opens the full Sales Engagement plan and lets you contact up to 200 prospects, with no credit card at signup. Nothing bills when it ends. Two hundred prospects is enough to test the interface, warm-up and a short sequence, but not enough to judge reply rates, which need a few thousand sends and two or three weeks of follow-ups.

Does SmartReach monitor blacklists?

Global blacklist monitoring and domain blacklist monitoring are listed from Plus up, not on Basic. If you run Basic, or send from domains outside SmartReach, keep an eye on them with a dedicated email blacklist monitoring service, because a listing on one domain quietly drags down every mailbox on it.

Does SmartReach offer an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing costs up to 11 percent less than monthly, and wire transfer is accepted on yearly payments. The exact annual figure depends on the plan and prospect volume, so the pricing page asks you to contact support for a quote rather than listing every yearly number.

How we checked these prices

We read SmartReach.io's pricing page in October 2026: the Email Outreach and Sales Engagement cards on monthly billing, the add-on list, the infrastructure prices and the full Sales Engagement feature table, which is where the 50 and 100 emails a day per mailbox limits and the Basic exclusions appear. Instantly, PlusVibe and Reply.io figures come from their own pricing pages read the same month. Prices change, so confirm on the checkout screen before you buy, and expect sales tax on top for US buyers.
