Snov.io Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and What You Pay

Snov.io runs two independent meters, and almost every pricing comparison ranks the tiers by the wrong one. Credits pay for finding contacts, recipients pay for emailing them, and sending a campaign costs no credits at all. Every 2026 tier with first-party figures, plus the cost-per-recipient math that shows who the ladder is really built for.

Snov.io pricing starts at $39 a month for Starter on monthly billing, or $29.25 a month if you pay $351 for the year. Above that sit four Pro and Ultra tiers at roughly $99, $189, $369 and $738 a month, plus a free Trial with 50 credits. Every paid plan includes unlimited team seats and unlimited connected sender mailboxes, which is unusual and genuinely valuable. The figures below were pulled from snov.io in August 2026.

The part that trips up buyers is that Snov.io runs two separate meters. Credits pay for finding and verifying contact data. Recipients pay for the people you email. They are not interchangeable, and almost every pricing comparison you will read ranks the tiers by cost per credit, which is the wrong meter if you already have a list.

Snov.io pricing plans in 2026

Ultra$553.50$738100,000200,000Unlimited
Custom UltraCustom, contact sales200,000+400,000+Unlimited

Snov.io displays the annual figure by default, so the number you see on the pricing page is not the number you pay if you subscribe month to month. Annual billing is 25% off, which means monthly billing costs about a third more than the advertised price. You can check the arithmetic on Snov's own page: it advertises "Save $117" on Starter, and $468 minus $351 is exactly $117, which puts the monthly rate at $39. The same check on Pro S gives $99.

Unlimited team seats and unlimited connected senders apply on every paid tier. That matters more than it sounds. Most competitors either charge per user or cap connected mailboxes by plan, so a five-person team pays five times, or a high-volume sender has to buy mailbox slots as an add-on. Snov.io does neither.

Do Snov.io drip campaigns use credits?

No. Sending a drip campaign does not consume credits at all. It draws from the separate recipients quota, where a contact is charged once on first touch and every follow-up to that same person in the same billing period is free. Credits are spent on data work: one credit per prospect found, one per email search, one per email verification, and 25 for a full deliverability check.

This is the single most misread part of Snov.io's pricing, and it changes which plan you should buy. If you bring your own list from a CRM, a partner, or an export you already paid for, you could sit on Starter, send to 5,000 people a month, and never spend more than a handful of the 1,000 credits. If you are prospecting hard, you can burn 1,000 credits in a week and still have 4,000 unused recipients sitting there.

What does a Snov.io credit actually cost?

Plan (monthly billing) Cost per credit Cost per recipient
Starter, $393.9 cents0.78 cents
Pro S, $992.0 cents0.40 cents
Pro M, $1890.95 cents0.38 cents
Pro L, $3690.74 cents0.37 cents
Ultra, $7380.74 cents0.37 cents

Look at the two columns side by side, because they tell opposite stories. Cost per credit falls 81%, from 3.9 cents on Starter to 0.74 cents on Pro L. Cost per recipient falls 49% between Starter and Pro S, and then barely moves: 0.40 cents, 0.38, 0.37, 0.37 across the entire rest of the range.

So the pricing ladder is built for buyers of data, not for senders of email. If your bottleneck is contacts to email rather than contacts to find, upgrading past Pro S buys you almost nothing per dollar on the meter you actually use. You are paying a 3.7x higher bill from Pro S to Pro L to get a 7% better rate on recipients, and 50,000 credits you may not touch.

How much is Snov.io LinkedIn automation?

LinkedIn automation is not included in any plan. It is a separate add-on at $69 per month per automation slot, or $62 a month per slot on annual billing, with a $10 monthly discount when combined with the Sales Suite. One slot covers one LinkedIn account, so a team of four running LinkedIn touches alongside email is adding roughly $276 a month on top of the subscription.

Phone numbers and data enrichment run on a third meter: tokens at $0.02 each, sold in packs from 1,000 to 50,000. Tokens expire after 90 days, unlike credits, which roll over month to month for as long as the subscription stays active. Cancel and the rolled-over balance goes with it.

Does Snov.io have a free plan?

Snov.io has a free Trial rather than a permanent free tier. It gives 50 credits, 100 recipients and one email warm-up, with seven days of access to all features, renewable every 30 days. That is enough to check whether the email finder returns useful hits on your target accounts and whether the campaign builder fits how you work. It is not enough to run a real campaign, and it is not designed to be.

The hidden cost most Snov.io buyers miss

Pro L and Ultra currently show a 40% first-year discount on Snov.io's own pricing page. Promotional first-year pricing is normal in this category and there is nothing wrong with it, but it does mean the number in your first invoice is not the number in your thirteenth. If you are building a budget around the top tiers, plan for the renewal rate rather than the promotional one, and get the renewal figure in writing before you commit to an annual term. Teams that want one clear view of what every SaaS renewal actually costs across the stack usually end up tracking those subscriptions in one place rather than rediscovering them at renewal.

The other quiet cost is the meter you are not watching. Because credits and recipients are independent, running out of either one stops the work, and teams reliably size the wrong one. Before you pick a tier, count two numbers separately: how many new contacts you need to find and verify each month, and how many distinct people you need to email each month. Buy the plan that clears the higher of the two.

How does Snov.io pricing compare to AutoMail?

The comparison is unusually clean, because Snov.io's recipients meter and our contacts meter measure the same thing: distinct people you email in a month.

Monthly recipients Snov.io (monthly billing) AutoMail Cheaper
5,000$39 Starter, unlimited senders, 1,000 credits$49 Starter, 5 inboxesSnov.io
25,000$99 Pro S, unlimited senders, 5,000 credits$99 Growth, 25 inboxesEven
100,000$369 Pro L, 50,000 credits$249 Agency, unlimited inboxesAutoMail

Snov.io is cheaper below 25,000 recipients a month, the two land level at 25,000, and above that Snov.io gets more expensive because you keep buying credits whether or not you use them. Two things belong in the honest version of this: Snov.io includes a lead database and we do not, so if you need to find contacts as well as email them, that $39 tier is doing a job our $49 tier does not do at all. And Snov.io gives unlimited connected senders from the entry plan, where our Starter caps at five inboxes. Those are real advantages and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Where the money goes on our side is the copy. Snov.io gives you a campaign builder with templates and merge fields. AutoMail writes each email from what it knows about the individual prospect, then protects placement with warm-up, inbox rotation and a pre-send spam check, and pauses the sequence the moment someone replies. If your reply rate is the constraint rather than your list size, that is where the difference shows up. If your constraint is finding contacts at all, Snov.io is the better first purchase.

Is Snov.io worth it?

For a small team that needs to find contacts and email them from one tool, yes, particularly on Starter. Unlimited seats and unlimited senders at $39 a month is a genuinely strong entry price, and few competitors match it without add-ons. The value gets weaker at the top of the range, where you are paying mostly for credit volume, and weaker again if you need LinkedIn, since that add-on lands outside the subscription.

Before committing to an annual term, run the two-meter count above against a real month of your own activity. Most teams that feel overcharged by a credit-metered tool bought a tier sized to the meter they were not actually using.

Snov.io pricing questions

How much does Snov.io cost per month?

Snov.io costs $39 a month for Starter on monthly billing, $99 for Pro S, $189 for Pro M, $369 for Pro L and $738 for Ultra. Annual billing takes 25% off each, so Starter drops to $29.25 a month and Pro S to $74.25. The Trial is free with 50 credits and 100 recipients. All figures verified on snov.io in August 2026.

Does Snov.io charge per user?

No. Every paid Snov.io plan includes unlimited team seats and unlimited connected sender mailboxes, so adding people to the account does not change the bill. This is the main structural difference from per-seat competitors like Apollo, Mailshake and Klenty, where a five-person team pays roughly five times a one-person team for the same feature set.

Do Snov.io credits roll over?

Yes, unused credits roll over from month to month for as long as the subscription stays active. If you cancel, the accumulated balance is lost. Data enrichment tokens work differently and expire 90 days after purchase, so buy those against a specific project rather than stockpiling them.

What is a Snov.io credit?

A credit is the unit Snov.io charges for data work. One credit covers a single prospect found, a single email search, or a single email verification. A full deliverability check costs 25 credits. Sending campaign email costs no credits at all, since sends draw on the separate recipients quota instead.

What is the difference between credits and recipients on Snov.io?

Credits pay for finding and verifying contact data. Recipients pay for the distinct people you email in a billing period, charged once on first touch, with follow-ups to that person free. They are independent quotas, and exhausting either one halts that side of the work. Size your plan against whichever number is higher for your team.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Snov.io?

For pure sending volume, yes. Saleshandy starts near $25 a month with unlimited email accounts and is the cheapest credible option in this category. For teams whose constraint is reply rate rather than list size, the better comparison is against tools that write the copy rather than merge it. Our Snov.io alternative breakdown covers where each approach wins, and the cold email software pricing comparison puts 14 tools on the same table.

If you are choosing between Snov.io and Hunter.io for the data side specifically, the structural difference is worth knowing before you pay: read the Snov.io vs Hunter.io comparison. And if you already have a list and the problem is getting replies, start with cold email personalization at scale.
