The best Waalaxy alternative depends on what made you look. If you want email in the same campaign without paying for Waalaxy's top plan, Dripify includes email steps and 100 email finder credits on every plan from $39 a user a month on annual billing. If you manage many LinkedIn accounts, HeyReach Growth covers unlimited senders for $63 a month annually. If one account is too valuable to risk, Expandi sells a dedicated IP at $79 per account. If price is all that matters, Linked Helper and Dux-Soup start at $10 and $11.25. Prices below were read on each vendor's own pricing page in September 2026, in US dollars except where noted.
Why teams look for a Waalaxy alternative
Waalaxy is a good first LinkedIn automation tool. It is easy to launch, its paid plans run from its own cloud so a closed laptop does not stop a campaign, and Pro lists at 19 euro per user a month. People who outgrow it tend to name the same four things.
Email lives on the top plan. Waalaxy's pricing page puts cold email sequences, multichannel LinkedIn plus email campaigns and 500 email finder credits on Business, at 69 euro a user a month. Pro and Advanced are LinkedIn only, with 25 finder credits. If your plan was "connect on LinkedIn, then follow up by email", the entry price you saw is not the price you pay.
The sequences are pre-built. Waalaxy sells ready-made outreach sequences you pick from, which is why a first-time user can launch in minutes. Teams that want their own branching logic (visit, wait, connect, message only if accepted, email if not) usually move to a tool with a free-form sequence builder.
The price is localized, so it is hard to budget. Waalaxy shows prices in the visitor's local currency. From our European server the page read 19, 49 and 69 euro, and it switched to Polish zloty when it detected a Polish visitor, with lower figures. A US finance team approving a tool wants a fixed dollar number, and on Waalaxy that number only appears at checkout.
The monthly allowance overstates reach. Advanced and Business advertise 800 invitations a month. LinkedIn caps most accounts at about 100 invitations per rolling week, roughly 430 a month, whatever the tool allows. So moving from Pro (300 a month) to Advanced buys you about 130 more invitations a month in practice, not 500. The same ceiling applies to every tool below.
Waalaxy alternatives compared on price
Annual price first, monthly price in brackets. "LinkedIn plus email" is the cheapest plan on which one campaign can mix LinkedIn steps with email steps.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Waalaxy (baseline) | 19 euro, 50% off yearly | 69 euro (Business) | Per user, local currency | First LinkedIn campaigns on a small budget |
| Dripify | $39 ($59) | $39 (Basic, one campaign) | Per user | LinkedIn plus email for a rep or small team |
| HeyReach | $63 ($79) | Not offered, LinkedIn only | Flat, unlimited senders | Agencies and teams with many LinkedIn accounts |
| Expandi | $79 ($99) | $79 (Business) | Per LinkedIn account | Protecting one high-value account |
| lemlist | $55 ($69) email only | $87 ($109) per user | Per user on Multichannel | Making email the main channel |
| Linked Helper | $10 ($15) | Check the plan page | Per LinkedIn account | Power users who want local control |
| Dux-Soup | $11.25 ($14.99) | Check the plan page | Per user, cloud from $74.17 | The cheapest like-for-like swap |
Dripify: the best Waalaxy alternative for LinkedIn plus email
Dripify is the closest swap for a Waalaxy user who wanted email and found it on the top plan. Basic is $39 a user a month on annual billing ($59 monthly), Pro is $59 ($79) and Advanced is $79 ($99). Every plan includes email steps inside the LinkedIn sequence and 100 email finder credits per user every month. Basic is limited to one campaign, so most teams land on Pro, which is still about the price of Waalaxy Advanced once you convert, and brings email with it.
The other reason Waalaxy users move to Dripify is the builder. Dripify lets you design your own drip sequence with conditions on acceptance and reply rather than choosing from templates, and it runs from the cloud with a dedicated IP per account. It bills per user, so a ten-person team pays ten seats. We put the two side by side, plan by plan, in our Waalaxy vs Dripify pricing comparison.
HeyReach: the best Waalaxy alternative for agencies
Waalaxy bills per user, so an agency running LinkedIn for twelve clients pays twelve seats. HeyReach Growth costs $79 a month, $71 quarterly or $63 on annual billing, per sender. HeyReach's Agency plan is $799 a month annually ($999 monthly) for 25 senders with white label, and Unlimited is $2,399 annually ($2,999 monthly) with a cap of 300. Two things are easy to miss: the credits on each plan are a one-time allocation rather than a monthly refill, and HeyReach's own FAQ says Agency and Unlimited customers bring their own residential proxies.
HeyReach does LinkedIn only. If your Waalaxy Business campaigns included email steps, you need a separate sender for that half, which is where a dedicated cold email tool fits.
Expandi: the safest swap for an account you cannot lose
Expandi publishes one plan, Business, at $99 per LinkedIn account a month or $79 on annual billing, and quotes an Agency plan from ten seats with white label. What the price buys is the sending environment: a dedicated country-based IP, profile auto warm-up and limit ranges it will not exceed. It also sells reach Waalaxy cannot: the Mobile Connector campaign type adds up to 100 connection requests a week on top of the usual limit. Email follow-ups run inside the same sequence. Image, GIF and video personalization cost extra. The trial is seven days.
Buy it for a founder or senior AE whose network took years to build. For a junior rep sending 60 invitations a week, it is more tool than the job needs.
lemlist: the alternative when email should lead
Some teams leave Waalaxy because they realize the meetings come from email and LinkedIn is the warm-up touch. lemlist's Email plan is $55 a month on annual billing ($69 monthly) and its Multichannel plan, which adds LinkedIn steps, is $87 per user annually ($109 monthly). That makes lemlist the most expensive way on this page to run both channels per seat, and one of the more complete: sequence builder, deliverability tooling and a large template library. You still write the copy.
Linked Helper and Dux-Soup: the cheapest Waalaxy alternatives
If you are leaving Waalaxy because of the bill, these two undercut it. Linked Helper is $15 per LinkedIn account a month, $10 on annual billing, and runs as a desktop application with its own built-in browser, which gives power users a lot of control and a lot to configure. Dux-Soup is $14.99 a user a month, $11.25 annually, and works in the browser, with a cloud plan from $74.17 if you want campaigns running while your computer is off.
Be clear about what the price saves you. Waalaxy's paid plans already run in its cloud. Moving to a browser or desktop tool means the campaign stops when your machine sleeps, and once you pay for the cloud tier to fix that, the saving over Waalaxy mostly disappears.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Waalaxy?
Yes, for LinkedIn only. Linked Helper at $10 per account and Dux-Soup at $11.25 per user on annual billing both list below Waalaxy Pro, but they run on your own computer. For LinkedIn plus email the cheapest option is Dripify Basic at $39 a user annually with one campaign, well below Waalaxy Business at 69 euro.
Which Waalaxy alternative has cold email built in?
Dripify, Expandi and lemlist Multichannel all run email steps in the same sequence as LinkedIn actions. Dripify is the cheapest of the three at $39 to $59 a user annually. None of them is built primarily for email, though: they send from one or two connected mailboxes and do not rotate a pool of warmed inboxes. HeyReach, Linked Helper and Dux-Soup are LinkedIn tools first.
Is Waalaxy or Dripify better for a US sales team?
Dripify, for most US teams that want email too. It prices in dollars, includes email on every plan and lets you build custom sequences. Waalaxy is the better buy for a US founder who only automates LinkedIn and wants the lowest possible seat price, as long as they check the dollar figure at checkout.
The half no LinkedIn tool does well: the email channel
Every tool on this page treats email as a follow-up step behind LinkedIn. That is fine at a few dozen messages a day from one inbox. It stops working when email is the channel that books the meetings: one mailbox sending a few hundred cold emails a day lands in spam, and none of these tools warms and rotates a pool of sending inboxes or writes a different email for each prospect. You also need a steady supply of verified addresses, and Waalaxy Pro's 25 finder credits a month will not cover it; an email finder with verification built in is the usual next purchase before a campaign of any size.
That is the job AutoMail does. It researches each company, writes the opener and every follow-up for that prospect, warms and rotates your own sending inboxes with a spam check before each send, pauses the sequence the moment someone replies and sends interested prospects your booking link. Pricing is flat per workspace with unlimited seats, from $49 a month or $39 on annual billing. Most teams that leave Waalaxy keep one LinkedIn tool for connection requests and let AutoMail run the email. If you are still choosing the LinkedIn side, our roundup of the best LinkedIn automation tools prices the whole category, and our list of Dripify alternatives covers the same buyers from the other direction.
How to switch from Waalaxy without losing your pipeline
- Export your prospects first. Waalaxy lists CSV imports and exports on every plan. Export every list with its campaign status so you do not re-invite people who already accepted or declined.
- Let running sequences finish. Pause new enrollments, not active ones. Cancelling mid-sequence leaves prospects half-contacted.
- Start the new tool below your old volume. A new tool on an existing account should begin at 40 to 60 invitations a week and climb, whatever its settings allow.
- Move email to real sending infrastructure. If email was part of your Waalaxy Business campaigns, set up secondary sending domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC and warm the inboxes before the first cold send.
