HeyReach Email Finder Credits and Cost per Email

HeyReach finds emails with one-time enrichment credits: 100 per Growth sender ($63 annual), 1,000 on Agency ($799 for 25 senders) and 3,000 on Unlimited. One credit per successful lookup, credits never expire or refill, and HeyReach does not send the email. What the included credits are worth and what sending the list costs.

HeyReach finds emails with enrichment credits that come as a one-time allocation, not a monthly allowance: 100 credits per sender on Growth ($79 a sender a month, $63 on annual billing), 1,000 on Agency ($999 for 25 senders, $799 annual) and 3,000 on Unlimited ($2,999, $2,399 annual). Each successful lookup costs one credit, credits never expire, and top-up bundles are bought inside the app. HeyReach does not send email itself, so found addresses go to Instantly, Smartlead or another sender.

HeyReach email finder credits by plan

We read HeyReach's pricing page and its help center articles on email credits and the Find Email action in October 2026. The pricing page states the numbers in US dollars. Quarterly billing takes roughly 10 percent off and annual billing roughly 20 percent.

PlanMonthlyAnnual, a monthSendersEmail credits includedProxies
Growth$79 per sender$63 per senderAs many as you buy100 per sender, one timeDedicated residential proxy per sender
Agency$999$79925 (a 50-sender option is listed)1,000, one timeBring your own
Unlimited$2,999$2,399Up to 300 under fair use3,000, one timeBring your own

The words "one time" are the part most buyers miss. HeyReach's pricing page says every subscription "includes a one-time credit allocation to get you started", and the help center describes credits as one-time bundles kept completely separate from the seat subscription. So the 100 credits on a Growth sender arrive once. They do not come back next month, and paying for a second year does not add another 100.

That is a different model from most LinkedIn tools. Waalaxy and PhantomBuster hand out a fresh allowance every month and take it away at renewal. HeyReach gives you a small starting balance and expects you to buy the rest.

How HeyReach charges an email credit

The help center sets out the rules plainly, and they decide what a found email really costs.

  • One credit per successful lookup. HeyReach's wording is that each successful email lookup consumes one credit. The help center does not say a failed search costs anything.
  • Credits never expire. Bundles are not recurring, and a balance bought without an active plan stays stored until you start a plan or a trial.
  • One balance for the whole organization. Every workspace shares the same pool, and anyone with permission to add and manage campaigns can spend it.
  • Only inside a campaign. Credits cannot be used on lead lists directly, through the API, or outside a campaign flow. You add a Find Email step, and it runs once per lead per campaign.
  • Fixed bundles and auto top-up. Packs come in fixed sizes (the help center mentions bundles up to 100,000 credits) and you can set auto top-up, for example buying 1,000 more when the balance hits 100.
  • White label users cannot buy. Client logins on a white label see the balance but need the agency admin to purchase.

If credits run out mid-campaign, the Find Email step stops and the remaining leads fail with a message, while the LinkedIn steps carry on. Found addresses land in an Enriched Email column on the lead, and the campaign branches on Email Found or Email Not Found, which is where the hand-off to a sender happens.

What a found email costs on HeyReach

Top-up bundle prices are shown inside Billing, not on the public pricing page, so the honest per-email figure we can publish is what the included credits are worth. On those, the math is simple.

Setup, annual billingMonthly costCredits includedFirst-year cost per included credit
1 Growth sender$63100, once$7.56 ($756 for the year)
5 Growth senders$315500, once$7.56
Agency, 25 senders$7991,000, once$9.59 ($9,590 for the year)
Unlimited, up to 300 senders$2,3993,000, once$9.60 ($28,790 for the year)

Read that table the right way round. Nobody buys HeyReach for its credits; you buy it for LinkedIn sending across many accounts, and the credits are a starter pack. The point is that the included balance will not feed an email program. A Growth sender doing a modest 200 new connections a month burns through 100 credits in the first two or three weeks if every new lead gets a Find Email step. After that, every address is a top-up purchase.

So budget HeyReach email finding as a separate line: price a bundle in Billing before you commit, or bring emails from a finder you already pay for. Our white label LinkedIn automation pricing guide covers what the Agency block costs per client before any credits are added.

HeyReach email finder compared with other LinkedIn tools

ToolFinder creditsWhen a credit is spentDo credits reset?Sends the email?
HeyReach100 per Growth sender, 1,000 Agency, 3,000 Unlimited, one timeOn a successful lookupNo, never expireNo, syncs to Instantly or Smartlead
PhantomBuster500, 2,500 or 10,000 a month by planOn every attemptMonthlyNo sending step
Waalaxy25 a month per seat, 500 on BusinessOnly when an email is foundMonthly, no rolloverBusiness plan only
Linked Helper620 or 3,100 Data credits a monthOnly when an email is foundNo, never expireNo sending step

HeyReach sits closest to Linked Helper on the rules (pay on a match, keep what you buy) and furthest from it on volume, because nothing refills. If you are choosing between HeyReach and a data tool for list building, our HeyReach vs PhantomBuster comparison lays out runtime pricing against per-sender pricing, and the PhantomBuster email finder breakdown shows what a monthly allowance buys instead.

Sending the emails HeyReach finds

HeyReach has no email step. Its native two-way integrations are with Instantly and Smartlead: a lead whose email was found gets pushed into a sending campaign there, and replies sync back. Webhooks, Zapier, Make and HubSpot cover any other sender. We covered that hand-off in detail in HeyReach email automation.

The sender you pick matters more than the finder. A list of people who did not accept a LinkedIn invitation is about as cold as outreach gets, and it needs warmed inboxes, rotation across several mailboxes, and a sequence that stops the moment someone answers. For leads where Find Email comes back empty, the phone is often the next route, and AI cold calling that qualifies the lead and books the meeting picks up the ones email cannot reach.

What sending HeyReach leads costs

Here is the email half of the stack at entry level, from each vendor's published pricing. AutoMail is our product, so weigh that, but the numbers are the public ones.

SenderEntry plan, annualPricing basisWrites the emailsNative HeyReach sync
AutoMail Starter$24 a month ($49 monthly)Flat per workspace, 5 inboxes, unlimited seatsYes, researched 1:1 sequence per prospectNo, CSV or webhook
Smartlead Base$32.50 a monthPer plan, unlimited mailboxesNo, AI assists onlyYes
Instantly Growthabout $37.60 a monthPer plan, unlimited mailboxesNo, AI assists onlyYes

For an agency running Agency at $799 a month annual, adding a sender is a rounding error next to the LinkedIn bill. The real decision is who writes the email. Instantly and Smartlead send what you write. AutoMail researches each prospect's company, writes the opener and every follow-up, warms and rotates your inboxes, and routes interested replies to your booking link, so 25 client accounts do not mean 25 sequences drafted by hand. Plan limits are on our pricing page, and cold email automation shows how a sequence runs end to end.

Does HeyReach have an email finder?

Yes. HeyReach has a Find Email action you add to a campaign, which looks up a verified work email for each LinkedIn lead and stores it in an Enriched Email column. It runs on enrichment credits: a one-time allocation of 100 per Growth sender, 1,000 on Agency and 3,000 on Unlimited, then paid bundles from Billing.

How do HeyReach email credits work?

Each successful email lookup consumes one credit. Credits are one-time bundles separate from your seats, they never expire, and the balance is shared across every workspace in the organization. They can only be spent through the Find Email step inside a campaign, not on lead lists or through the API, and the step runs once per lead per campaign.

Do HeyReach credits expire or reset monthly?

Neither. HeyReach credits never expire and do not refill. The credits included with a plan arrive once at the start, and further credits are fixed bundles you buy, optionally on auto top-up when the balance drops below a threshold you set. Credits bought without an active plan stay stored until you start a plan or trial.

Is the HeyReach email finder enough to run cold email?

Not on the included credits. One hundred credits per Growth sender covers a test of match rates on your audience, not an ongoing program, so plan to buy bundles or bring emails from your own finder. HeyReach also needs a separate sender, natively Instantly or Smartlead, or any tool that accepts a webhook or CSV.

What is the best way to send cold email to HeyReach leads?

Send them from a dedicated cold email tool that warms your mailboxes, rotates sending across several inboxes and stops a sequence on reply. AutoMail does that and writes each email from research on the prospect's company, so an export of HeyReach leads with found emails becomes a finished sequence without anyone drafting copy. Plans start at $24 a month on annual billing.
