Skylead has one self-serve plan, All-in-one, at $100 per seat a month. Annual billing charges 10 months for 12, which works out to about $83.33 a seat a month. Each seat covers one LinkedIn account and comes with unlimited email accounts, up to 100,000 emails a month, warm-up and an email finder. Agencies get a separate offer: $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats, both marked as a first-year promotion.
Skylead pricing plans in a table
We read Skylead's pricing page in October 2026. The prices are in US dollars and there is a 7-day trial on the self-serve plan. Here is what each option costs and what it includes.
| Plan | Price | Seats | Emails a month | What stands out |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All-in-one | $100 per seat a month | One seat per subscription, add more as needed | 100,000 | LinkedIn plus email, unlimited email accounts, warm-up, email finder and verifier, B2B database, API |
| Annual | About $83.33 per seat a month (pay 10 months, get 12) | A steady seat count you commit to | 100,000 | Everything in All-in-one plus a white label option; sold on a call |
| Agency, 25 seats | $999 a month, first-year promotion | 25 | Custom | Agency dashboard, one inbox for every client, client roles, dedicated Slack channel |
| Agency, unlimited | $1,999 a month, first-year promotion | Unlimited | Custom | Same as Agency 25 with no seat cap; white label per agreement |
Two lines on the page change the math more than the headline price. AI data enrichment and the AI SDR are listed as add-ons on every plan, and their prices are not published. And the agency prices carry the label "first-year promotion", so year two is a new negotiation.
How much does Skylead cost per seat?
Skylead costs $100 per seat a month on monthly billing and about $83.33 a seat on annual billing. A seat is one LinkedIn account, so every rep or client profile that sends invitations needs its own seat. The page lists no volume discount below the agency offer, so five seats cost five times one.
That makes team costs easy to work out:
| Team | Monthly billing | Annual billing, a month | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 seat | $100 | $83.33 | $1,000 |
| 3 seats | $300 | $250 | $3,000 |
| 5 seats | $500 | $416.67 | $5,000 |
| 10 seats | $1,000 | $833.33 | $10,000 |
| 25 seats on Agency | $999 | Not published | $11,988 in the promotional first year |
The jump from 10 seats on All-in-one to 25 on Agency is the interesting one. Ten seats and twenty-five seats cost almost the same in year one. An agency with eight or more client profiles is better off on the agency offer, as long as it budgets for the promotion ending.
Is the Skylead email plan really unlimited?
The number of email accounts is unlimited, but sending volume is not. All-in-one includes up to 100,000 emails a month, and the agency plans list volume as custom. One hundred thousand is plenty for a single rep: even at 40 emails a day from each of ten mailboxes, a rep sends about 8,800 a month.
The real ceiling for most teams is the mailboxes themselves. Skylead connects your Google, Outlook or SMTP accounts and warms them, but it does not sell or set up the domains and inboxes for you on the pricing page. Budget roughly $3 to $7 a mailbox a month from your email provider, plus a domain or two, on top of the seat. Our guide to cold email software with inbox rotation shows how that infrastructure is priced across the category.
What does the Skylead agency plan cost after the first year?
Skylead does not publish it. The page shows $999 a month for 25 seats and $1,999 for unlimited seats, both under "first-year promotion", and sends agencies to a call. Plan for a higher price in year two, and ask for the renewal rate in writing before you move client accounts over. White label is included "per agreement", not as a fixed price.
For comparison, HeyReach publishes its agency pricing in full: $999 a month for 25 senders, or $799 on annual billing, with one white label brand included and extra brands at $500. We break down what that costs per client in our white label LinkedIn automation pricing guide. If you are the kind of agency that wants to know the moment a vendor changes its plans, a tool that tracks competitor pricing pages for changes saves you from finding out on the invoice.
What is included in every Skylead seat
The All-in-one seat bundles what most LinkedIn tools sell separately. Here is the list as the pricing page shows it, with the parts that cost extra marked.
- LinkedIn automation in the cloud: invitations, messages, paid and free InMails, profile visits and LinkedIn warm-up, without keeping a browser open.
- Email automation: unlimited email accounts, up to 100,000 emails a month, infinite warm-up, scheduling and smart sequences that branch between LinkedIn and email.
- Prospecting: account-based prospecting, the B2B database added in June 2026, post signals and an email finder and verifier.
- Personalization: custom variables, spintax, Liquid syntax, image and GIF personalization, and a Sendspark partnership for video.
- Integrations: API, webhooks and real-time sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce.
- Extra cost: AI data enrichment and the AI SDR, both listed as add-ons with no published price.
Is Skylead worth $100 a month?
Skylead is worth $100 a month if one person really needs LinkedIn and email running in the same sequence, with branching between them, and wants the finder and database in the same login. It is poor value if most of your replies come from email, because you pay a LinkedIn seat price for every rep who only sends email.
The numbers make the trade-off concrete. Here is what the email half of the job costs elsewhere.
| Tool | What you pay | Who writes the email | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Skylead All-in-one | $100 per seat a month, $83.33 annual | Yes, one account per seat | You, with variables and spintax |
| Dripify Pro | $79 per seat a month, email from Gmail or Outlook only | Yes | You |
| Waalaxy Business | EUR 69 per user a month, one synced mailbox | Yes | You |
| Linked Helper Pro | $45 per account a month, $24.75 on 12 months | Yes, runs on your computer | No email sending |
| AutoMail Starter | $49 a month flat, $24 annual, unlimited seats | No | The AI, one sequence per prospect |
If you are weighing the cheaper LinkedIn tools in that table, our Waalaxy vs Linked Helper pricing comparison sets the two side by side, and the best LinkedIn automation tools roundup covers the rest of the field.
Can you cut the Skylead bill?
Yes, in three ways that do not depend on a discount code.
- Pay annually. Ten months for twelve saves $200 a seat a year, and it is the only listed discount below the agency offer.
- Give seats only to LinkedIn senders. Reps who only send email do not need a $100 LinkedIn seat. Run their email from a sender priced per workspace, and keep Skylead for the profiles that work LinkedIn.
- Price the add-ons before you need them. AI enrichment and the AI SDR are the two lines without public prices. Ask for both in the trial, so the bill in month two matches the one you approved.
Where AutoMail fits next to Skylead
AutoMail does not automate LinkedIn, so it does not replace a Skylead seat for a rep who lives in LinkedIn. It replaces the email half. The AI researches each prospect's company, writes the opener and every follow-up for that person, sends from your own warmed inboxes with rotation and a spam check before each send, pauses the moment someone replies and routes meeting-ready answers to your booking link.
Pricing is flat per workspace, not per seat: Starter is $49 a month ($24 on annual billing) with 5 inboxes, Growth $99 ($49 annual) with 25 inboxes, and Agency $249 ($124 annual) with unlimited inboxes and client workspaces. A five-rep team that moves its email off Skylead seats and keeps two LinkedIn seats pays about $167 a month on annual billing for the two seats, plus $49 for Growth, instead of $417 for five Skylead seats. Skylead pricing questions buyers ask
Does Skylead have a free plan?
No. Skylead offers a 7-day trial of the All-in-one plan, then charges $100 per seat a month or about $83.33 a seat on annual billing. There is no free tier after the trial ends.
Is Skylead priced per user or per LinkedIn account?
Per seat, and a seat is one LinkedIn account. Team members who only view campaigns are free, since the pricing table lists unlimited team members, but every LinkedIn profile that runs outreach is a paid seat.
How many email accounts can I connect to Skylead?
Unlimited email accounts on every plan, with warm-up included. Sending is capped at 100,000 emails a month on All-in-one, and the agency plans list a custom volume.
Does Skylead offer a white label?
Yes, on the agency plans and as an option on annual contracts. The pricing page lists white label perks, including branded support and a branded help center, as "per agreement", so the price is set on a call rather than published.
