Waalaxy Email Finder Credits and Cost per Email
Waalaxy finds emails with monthly credits: 25 per seat on Pro (EUR 19) and Advanced (EUR 49), 500 on Business (EUR 69). A credit is spent only when an email is found, credits reset every month, and only Business sends cold email. What a found email costs and what sending the list costs.

Waalaxy's email finder runs on monthly credits: 25 a month per seat on Pro (EUR 19) and Advanced (EUR 49), and 500 per seat on Business (EUR 69). One credit is spent only when a professional address is found; misses are refunded. Credits reset every month and do not carry over, and when they run out the Email Finder step pauses until renewal. Only Business can send the emails it finds as cold email sequences.
Waalaxy email finder credits by plan
We read Waalaxy's pricing page, its Email Finder feature page and its help center article on finding emails in October 2026. Waalaxy localizes currency by country, and from our server the page showed euros, so treat the figures as list prices and check what your own checkout shows. Quarterly billing takes 20 percent off and yearly billing takes 50 percent off.
| Plan | Monthly, per user | Yearly, per user a month | Email finder credits a month | Cold email sequences | LinkedIn invitations a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | EUR 19 | about EUR 9.50 | 25 | No | 300 |
| Advanced | EUR 49 | about EUR 24.50 | 25 | No | 800 |
| Business | EUR 69 | about EUR 34.50 | 500 | Yes, with multichannel campaigns | 800 |
The allowance is per seat. Waalaxy's help center says a team's monthly credits are multiplied by the number of seats, so two Business users get 1,000 credits a month between them. Every plan has a 14-day trial, and extra credits can be bought on any plan, though the price of a top-up is not printed on the pricing page.
The gap between plans is the point. Pro and Advanced give you 25 credits as a sample, enough to test the match rate on your audience and not enough to run a campaign. Anyone who needs emails at volume from Waalaxy is being steered to Business.
How the Waalaxy email finder charges a credit
Waalaxy's rule is short: one credit spent equals one email found. The help center adds the mechanics. The credit is reserved when the search starts and returned if no professional address comes back, so you never pay for a miss. That is the same buyer-friendly rule Linked Helper uses, and the opposite of PhantomBuster, which charges per attempt.
Under the hood Waalaxy runs what it calls cascading enrichment. It queries several email data providers in a fixed order and stops at the first valid result. The feature page claims more than 20 data sources, triple verification, a professional email match rate above 61 percent and bounce rates under 1 percent. Those are Waalaxy's own figures, not ours, and your match rate depends on who you prospect. Small companies and senior titles at enterprises tend to match worse than mid-market managers.
You can spend credits three ways:
- An Email Finder step inside a campaign. Prospects added to a sequence with the step are searched automatically.
- Find email on a single LinkedIn profile. One click under the profile photo.
- Bulk enrichment from a prospect list. Select many prospects at once and run the search in one action.
Found addresses appear on each prospect's profile in Waalaxy, and lists can be filtered by "has a pro email". If you run out of credits, any running Email Finder campaign stops on its own and restarts at your next renewal date. Unused credits are lost at renewal; they cannot be saved up or moved between months.
What a found email costs on Waalaxy
If the whole allowance goes on found emails, the plan price divided by the credits gives a ceiling on the cost per address. The real figure is lower because the seat also runs your LinkedIn campaigns.
| Plan and billing | Price a month | Credits | Plan cost per found email |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro, monthly | EUR 19 | 25 | about EUR 0.76 |
| Pro, yearly | about EUR 9.50 | 25 | about EUR 0.38 |
| Business, monthly | EUR 69 | 500 | about EUR 0.14 |
| Business, yearly | about EUR 34.50 | 500 | about EUR 0.07 |
Business on yearly billing is the only row that is competitive on finder cost alone. The catch is the reset: a rep who finds 200 emails in a slow month still pays for 500, and the other 300 are gone.
Waalaxy email finder compared with other LinkedIn tools
We have read each of these vendors' pricing pages for our own comparisons. The finder rules differ more than the plan names suggest.
| Tool | Finder allowance | Charged when | Unused credits | Sends cold email itself |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Waalaxy | 25 on Pro and Advanced, 500 on Business, per seat a month | An email is found | Reset monthly | Business only |
| Linked Helper | 620 Standard, 3,100 Pro per license a month | An email is found | Never expire | No |
| PhantomBuster | 500 Start, 2,500 Grow, 10,000 Scale a month | Every attempt, found or not | Reset monthly | No |
| Lemlist | Credit add-on from $20 a month ($16 yearly) for 2,000 credits, about 400 emails | Per credit used | Monthly allowance | Yes, every plan |
On credits per euro, Linked Helper is far cheaper and its credits never expire, but it is desktop software that has to keep running on your computer or a VPS. Waalaxy runs in its own cloud and, on Business, sends the email too. Our Linked Helper email finder guide and PhantomBuster email finder breakdown cover those two in detail, and the Waalaxy vs Lemlist comparison sets Waalaxy against the email-first option.
Sending the emails Waalaxy finds
Business is the plan that sends: cold email sequences and multichannel LinkedIn plus email campaigns from your synced Gmail or Outlook account. What its pricing and feature pages do not list is mailbox warm-up or inbox rotation. That matters more than it sounds. A list of people who ignored a LinkedIn invitation is about as cold as a list gets, and sending it from one unwarmed mailbox is how a domain ends up in spam.
So there are two sensible setups, depending on volume.
- Low volume, one channel per rep. Waalaxy Business on yearly billing at about EUR 34.50 a seat covers LinkedIn, 500 found emails and a few hundred sends from your own inbox. Fine for a founder or a recruiter.
- Email is where the meetings come from. Keep LinkedIn on Waalaxy Pro, find addresses with Business credits or a separate finder, and send from a dedicated cold email tool that warms several inboxes and rotates between them.
If you run the second setup, check every found address before it touches a sequence. Waalaxy verifies its own results, but lists merged from several sources drift, and an email finder with verification built in is a cheap way to clean the addresses that came from somewhere else before a bounce spike costs you a domain.
What sending Waalaxy leads costs
Here is the email half of the stack at entry level, from each vendor's published pricing. AutoMail is our product, so weigh that, but the numbers are the public ones.
| Sender | Entry plan, annual | Pricing basis | Writes the emails | Warm-up and rotation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AutoMail Starter | $24 a month ($49 monthly) | Flat per workspace, 5 inboxes, unlimited seats | Yes, researched 1:1 sequence per prospect | Yes |
| Waalaxy Business | about EUR 34.50 per user | Per user, includes LinkedIn | No, templates and AI assists | None listed |
| Smartlead Base | $32.50 a month | Per plan, unlimited mailboxes | No, AI assists only | Yes |
| Lemlist Email | $55 a month | By email volume, unlimited users | No, AI assists only | Warm-up included |
A three-rep team shows where the math turns. Three Waalaxy Business seats cost about EUR 103.50 a month on yearly billing and give 1,500 found emails, each sent from one rep's own inbox. Three Pro seats (about EUR 28.50 yearly) plus AutoMail Growth ($49 a month annual, 25 inboxes, seats not counted) keep LinkedIn running and put email on a warmed, rotating pool where the AI researches each company and writes the opener and every follow-up. The trade is that you need emails from somewhere: Business credits for one seat, or your own verified list. See our pricing page for plan limits and cold email automation for how a sequence runs once the list is in.
Does Waalaxy have an email finder?
Yes. Waalaxy includes an Email Finder on every paid plan, with 25 credits a month per seat on Pro and Advanced and 500 on Business. It searches several data providers in sequence for a prospect's professional address and charges one credit only when an email is found. You can run it from a campaign step, a LinkedIn profile or a whole list.
How many emails can Waalaxy find per month?
Up to 25 per seat on Pro and Advanced and up to 500 per seat on Business, since each found email costs one credit. A team's allowance is multiplied by its seats, so five Business users get 2,500 a month. Extra credits can be bought on any plan. Credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over.
Do Waalaxy email finder credits roll over?
No. Waalaxy's help center says credits reset monthly on your subscription renewal date and cannot be accumulated or transferred between months. If you use them all early, Email Finder campaigns pause automatically and restart when the new month's credits arrive. Linked Helper is the main LinkedIn tool whose finder credits never expire.
Is the Waalaxy email finder worth it on Pro?
Only as a test. Twenty-five credits a month is enough to check the match rate on your own prospects, not to feed a cold email campaign. If you need a few hundred addresses a month, Business on yearly billing is the efficient Waalaxy option, or keep Pro for LinkedIn and source emails from a dedicated finder.
What is the best way to send cold email to Waalaxy leads?
Send them from a dedicated cold email tool that warms your mailboxes, rotates sending across several inboxes and stops a sequence when someone replies. AutoMail does that and also writes each email from research on the prospect's company, so an export of Waalaxy prospects becomes a finished sequence without anyone drafting copy. Plans start at $24 a month on annual billing.
