Linked Helper Email Finder Credits and Pricing
Linked Helper finds emails with Data credits: 620 a month on Standard ($15, or $8.25 on 12 months) and 3,100 on Pro ($45, or $24.75). A credit is charged only when an email is found, credits never expire, and there is no email sending step. What a found email costs and what sending the list costs.

Linked Helper's email finder runs on Data credits: 620 a month on a Standard license ($15 a month, or $8.25 on a 12-month term) and 3,100 on Pro ($45, or $24.75). One credit is charged only when the built-in database finds a match for a profile, even if several addresses come back, and credits never expire. Linked Helper finds and stores emails but does not send cold email itself, so the sequence runs in a second tool.
Linked Helper email finder credits by plan
Linked Helper sells licenses, and one license runs one LinkedIn account. We read the pricing page and the email finder feature page in October 2026. Prices below are for Local-based Storage, the cheaper of the two versions; Cloud-based Storage costs $29.90 for Standard and $59.90 for Pro on a monthly term and changes where your data lives, not what the finder does.
| License | 1 month | 12 months, per month | Data credits a month | Find Profile Emails action | Own Snov.io or Apollo.io account |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | 14 days, no card | None | Full Pro access | Yes | Yes |
| Standard | $15 | $8.25 | 620 | Yes | Yes |
| Pro | $45 | $24.75 | 3,100 | Yes | Yes |
Two details matter before you pay. A license does not renew on its own unless you switch auto-renewal on, so a forgotten trial costs nothing. And a Standard license cannot be upgraded to Pro until it expires, which is worth knowing before you buy twelve months of Standard and then discover you need five times the credits.
How the Linked Helper email finder works
Linked Helper is desktop software. It runs on your own computer or a VPS you control, drives your LinkedIn account from there, and saves every lead to a built-in CRM. Email discovery is an action you add to a campaign, and there are three ways to do it.
- Visit and Extract Profiles. Reads the address a 1st-degree connection already shows in Contact info. It spends no Data credits, because the email is on the profile.
- Find Profile Emails. Processes 1st, 2nd and 3rd-degree prospects in one pass, skips leads that already have an address, and searches the sources you select for the rest. This is the action most people mean by the email finder.
- Data Enrichment. Runs a fresh lookup in Linked Helper's own database without visiting LinkedIn, and overwrites the saved email only when the new one is more recent.
For each run you choose the sources (the built-in database, your Snov.io account, your Apollo.io account, or several in a priority order) and the address type: any email, business only or personal only. Business only is the right setting for B2B outreach. Recruiters often want personal.
What one Data credit buys
This is where Linked Helper differs from most finders bundled with LinkedIn tools. Its feature page says one credit is charged only when the built-in database successfully finds a match for a profile, and a match that returns several emails still costs one credit. A miss costs nothing. Its pricing FAQ lists the full rate card:
| Data type | Credits per profile |
|---|---|
| 1 | |
| Profile info | 1 |
| Social and messaging links | 2 |
| Company data | 2 |
| Phone number | 10 |
You tick only the data types you want, so a campaign that needs emails alone spends one credit per found lead. Credits never expire, whether they came with the license or were bought separately, and every license in a workspace pays into one shared balance. Twenty licenses means twenty times the credits in a single pot that any connected account can spend.
That makes the arithmetic simple. If the whole allowance goes on emails:
| License | Price a month | Emails the allowance covers | License cost per found email |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard, monthly | $15 | 620 | about 2.4 cents |
| Standard, 12 months | $8.25 | 620 | about 1.3 cents |
| Pro, monthly | $45 | 3,100 | about 1.5 cents |
| Pro, 12 months | $24.75 | 3,100 | about 0.8 cents |
Those figures treat the license as if it did nothing else, and it also runs your LinkedIn campaigns, so the real cost per address is lower. What the table cannot tell you is the match rate. Linked Helper does not publish one, and it depends on your audience. Run the 14-day trial on a few hundred of your own prospects before you size a plan around it.
Linked Helper email finder compared with other LinkedIn tools
We have read each of these vendors' pricing pages for our own comparisons. The differences are larger than the plan names suggest.
| Tool | Finder allowance | Charged when | Unused credits | Entry price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Linked Helper | 620 Standard, 3,100 Pro per license a month | An email is found | Never expire | $15 a month, $8.25 on 12 months |
| PhantomBuster | 500 Start, 2,500 Grow, 10,000 Scale a month | Every attempt, found or not | Reset monthly | $69 a month, $56 annual |
| Waalaxy | 25 on Pro and Advanced, 500 on Business a month | An email is found | Reset monthly | EUR 19 a user a month |
| Dripify | 100 per user a month, packs from $29 per 1,000 | Per credit used | Not stated on the pricing page | $39 a user a month annual |
On credits per dollar, Linked Helper is the cheapest of the four by a wide margin. The trade is that it is desktop software: your computer or VPS has to be running for campaigns to move, where the other three run in the vendor's cloud. Our Linked Helper pricing breakdown covers the license terms and volume discounts, the Linked Helper vs Dripify comparison sets it against the most popular cloud tool, and the PhantomBuster email finder guide explains the per-attempt charge in detail.
Using your own Snov.io or Apollo.io account
Both license types let you connect a Snov.io or Apollo.io account as an extra source. Lookups through those providers spend credits from your account with them, under their rules, and not Linked Helper Data credits. You can stack sources in a priority order, so the built-in database is tried first and a paid provider only fills the gaps. If you already pay for one of them, that is the cheapest way to raise coverage. Our Snov.io pricing guide and Apollo pricing breakdown show what those credits cost.
Does Linked Helper send emails?
No. Linked Helper finds the address and saves it on the lead, and then hands the lead off. Its feature page describes three routes out:
- Straight into a campaign in Instantly or Snov.io through a native integration. That tool runs the email sequence.
- Into a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Close, with the email attached to the full lead record.
- CSV or webhook for everything else, including Zapier, Make and n8n.
So a Linked Helper license gets you a list of addresses for a few cents each, and nothing in it will warm a mailbox, spread sending across inboxes or write the message. The tool you send from decides whether those addresses become replies. A list of people who ignored a LinkedIn invitation is cold in the plainest sense, and cold lists punish weak sending setups with spam placement and bounces.
What sending Linked Helper leads costs
Here is the email half of the stack at entry level, from each vendor's pricing page. AutoMail is our product, so weigh that, but the numbers are the published ones.
| Sender | Entry plan, annual | Pricing basis | Writes the emails | Warm-up and rotation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AutoMail Starter | $24 a month ($49 monthly) | Flat per workspace, 5 inboxes, unlimited seats | Yes, researched 1:1 sequence per prospect | Yes |
| Smartlead Base | $32.50 a month | Per plan, unlimited mailboxes | No, AI assists only | Yes |
| Instantly Growth | $37.60 a month | Per plan, send only | No, AI assists only | Yes |
| lemlist Email | $55 a month | By email volume, unlimited users | No, AI assists only | Warm-up included |
A solo rep on a 12-month Standard license plus AutoMail Starter on annual billing pays about $32 a month for up to 620 found emails and a five-inbox pool that writes and sends each sequence. A three-person team on Pro licenses (3 x $24.75) plus AutoMail Growth ($49 a month annual, 25 inboxes, seats not counted) pays about $123 for a shared balance of 9,300 credits a month. Instantly has the advantage of a native Linked Helper integration; with AutoMail the handoff is a CSV export, and the AI then researches each company and drafts the opener and follow-ups so nobody writes copy. The plan details are on our pricing page, and cold email automation shows how the sequence runs once the list is in.
Linked Helper email finder for teams and agencies
Because credits pool at workspace level, a team does not have to match credits to the rep who needs them. Linked Helper also lets an agency give each client its own workspace, with data and accounts kept inside it and the client invited as a view-only guest. Volume discounts start at 10 percent for ten licenses and multiply with the term discount, so a 20-license annual order lands near $6.60 a license a month by Linked Helper's own example.
The work shifts downstream at that size. Twenty accounts feeding found emails into campaigns produce replies for several owners at once, and teams usually need rules that route each new lead to the right rep before the volume arrives, not after. On the sending side, agencies should look for a separate workspace per client so one client's domain reputation never touches another's; our guide to cold email software for agencies compares how the main senders price that.
Can Linked Helper find emails of 2nd and 3rd-degree connections?
Yes. The Find Profile Emails action looks up 1st, 2nd and 3rd-degree prospects through Linked Helper's built-in database and any Snov.io or Apollo.io account you connect, so you do not need to be connected first. It can also supply the email automatically when LinkedIn asks for one before letting you invite a 2nd or 3rd-degree contact.
How many emails can Linked Helper find per month?
Up to 620 a month per Standard license and 3,100 per Pro license from the built-in database, since each found email costs one Data credit. Unused credits carry forward indefinitely and pool across every license in the workspace. Emails read from a 1st-degree connection's Contact info cost no credits, and lookups through your own Snov.io or Apollo.io account are on top.
Do Linked Helper credits expire?
Data credits do not expire, whether they were included with a license or bought separately. AI credits follow a different rule: packages you buy never expire, but AI credits bundled with a license end when that license does. For email finding only the Data credits matter.
Is Linked Helper or PhantomBuster better for finding emails?
Linked Helper is cheaper per found email and charges only for matches, while PhantomBuster charges one credit per attempt and resets credits monthly. PhantomBuster runs in the cloud and queries a waterfall of 20+ sources, which suits large scraped lists. Linked Helper suits a rep or small team willing to keep a desktop app or VPS running in exchange for the lower price.
What is the best way to send cold email to Linked Helper leads?
Export the found addresses, or sync them, into a dedicated cold email tool that warms your mailboxes, rotates sending across several inboxes and stops a sequence when someone replies. AutoMail does that and also writes each email from research on the prospect's company, so a Linked Helper export becomes a finished sequence without a copywriter. Plans start at $24 a month on annual billing.
