Linked Helper costs $15 a LinkedIn account on Standard and $45 on Pro, or $8.25 and $24.75 a month on a 12 month license. The newer Cloud Data Storage edition costs $16.50 to $33 but still runs the automation on your own computer. What a sales team really pays, and how it compares with Dripify.

Linked Helper costs $15 per LinkedIn account a month on the Standard license and $45 on Pro, and it gets much cheaper the longer the term you prepay: a 12 month Standard license is $99, which is $8.25 a month, and a 12 month Pro license is $297, or $24.75. A newer Cloud Data Storage edition costs $29.90 and $59.90 a month, or $16.50 and $33 on a 12 month term. That edition moves your data to Linked Helper's servers. It does not move the automation there, so on every edition the machine running Linked Helper has to stay on. There is a 14 day trial of full Pro with no card, and every campaign action is a LinkedIn action rather than an email step.
Linked Helper pricing in 2026, all four licenses
Linked Helper sells licenses, not a subscription tier ladder. You pick two things: Standard or Pro, and Local or Cloud Data Storage. Then you pick how long to prepay. These are the list prices on Linked Helper's pricing page in September 2026, per license, and one license runs exactly one LinkedIn account.
| License | 1 month | 3 months | 6 months | 12 months | Effective monthly on 12 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard, Local | $15 | $40 | $60 | $99 | $8.25 |
| Pro, Local | $45 | $120 | $180 | $297 | $24.75 |
| Standard, Cloud Data Storage | $29.90 | $79.80 | $120 | $198 | $16.50 |
| Pro, Cloud Data Storage | $59.90 | $159.90 | $240 | $396 | $33 |
The term discount is 11 percent for three months, 33 percent for six and 45 percent for twelve. Licenses do not renew on their own unless you switch auto-renewal on, which is unusual in this category and worth knowing if your finance team hates surprise charges. Checkout runs through a payment reseller that can issue an invoice, and a W-9 is available for US buyers who need one for vendor setup.
What Cloud Data Storage actually buys you
This is the line most Linked Helper pricing write-ups miss, and it is the one most likely to cost you money. Linked Helper's own FAQ is plain about it: Linked Helper is desktop software on both versions, the automation runs on your computer or on a VPS you control, and your LinkedIn session never sits on its servers. What the Cloud edition changes is where your workspace data lives. Local keeps it in folders on your device. Cloud keeps it on Linked Helper servers in the United States, which lets a teammate open the same workspace from another machine, gives you automatic backups and allows incoming webhooks.
So if you are paying the Cloud premium because you want campaigns to run while your laptop is closed, you are paying for the wrong thing. They will not run. Linked Helper's answer for around the clock operation is to rent a VPS and install the app there. That turns one line item into two: the license, plus a Windows or Linux server that you keep patched and online. Once a VPS is doing sales work it is infrastructure, and a stalled machine means a silent week of zero invitations, so teams that go this route usually put uptime monitoring on the server the same way they would on a production app. You also cannot move an existing workspace between Local and Cloud yet, so choose up front.
Linked Helper Standard vs Pro, and when Pro pays for itself
Every feature, including all the AI features, is on both licenses. Pro changes four things, and only one of them decides the purchase for most buyers.
| What differs | Standard | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Eleven advanced actions (group and event messaging, event and group invites, company follow invites, liking and commenting on posts, native CRM and webhook sends) | 20 a day each | No daily cap |
| Messaging history export to CSV, webhooks and CRM | No | Yes |
| Data credits a month | 620 | 3,100 |
| AI credits included | 250 to 1,500, by term | 500 to 3,000, by term |
The cap is the deciding factor. If your playbook is connection request, message, follow-up, the core actions are not capped on Standard and $8.25 a month is hard to beat. If your pipeline depends on sending every accepted lead to HubSpot or Salesforce, note that native CRM sends and webhook sends are in the capped group. Twenty a day is roughly 100 a week, which happens to match what LinkedIn lets most accounts invite, so a steady campaign can live with it. A team that imports a backlog or messages event attendees in bulk will hit it on day one. One more catch: a Standard license can only be upgraded after it expires, so buying twelve months of Standard and then discovering the cap is a year-long mistake. If in doubt, run the 14 day Pro trial on your real workflow first.
What a sales team really pays for Linked Helper
Licenses are per LinkedIn account, not per person, and teammates get into the workspace through roles. Volume discounts start at 10 licenses and multiply with the term discount rather than adding to it.
| Licenses bought together | Volume discount |
|---|---|
| 1 to 9 | None |
| 10 to 19 | 10 percent |
| 20 to 49 | 20 percent |
| 50 to 74 | 30 percent |
| 75 to 99 | 35 percent |
| 100 to 999 | 40 percent |
| 1,000 and up | 50 percent |
Linked Helper's own worked example: 20 Standard licenses on a 12 month term list at $3,600 and come to $1,584 after both discounts, which is $6.60 per license a month. To qualify, every license must be the same type and the same term, bought in one order. A five-rep US sales team on 12 month Pro Local pays 5 × $297 = $1,485 for the year, no volume discount, plus a VPS if the campaigns need to run nights and weekends.
Is Linked Helper cheaper than Dripify?
Yes, by a wide margin on the license itself. Linked Helper Standard at $8.25 a month on a 12 month term is about a fifth of Dripify Basic at $39 a user on annual billing, and even Pro at $24.75 costs less than Dripify's cheapest plan. What the price difference buys you on the Dripify side is cloud sending with nothing to keep awake, and an email step inside the sequence on every plan. We put the two side by side, feature by feature, in our Linked Helper vs Dripify comparison, and the full Dripify plan math is in our Dripify pricing breakdown.
| Tool | Cheapest annual seat | Where it runs | Email step in the sequence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Linked Helper | $8.25 (Standard, 12 month term) | Your computer or VPS | No, LinkedIn actions only |
| Dripify | $39 (Basic, one campaign) | Vendor cloud | Yes, every plan |
| Dux-Soup | $41.25 (STACKED Local) | Desktop app, Cloud from $74.17 | No |
| Expandi | $79 (Business) | Vendor cloud, dedicated IP | Yes |
| HeyReach | $63 per sender (Growth) | Vendor cloud | No, integrates with email tools |
If you are weighing the other desktop option, our Dux-Soup pricing guide covers its STACKED repricing, and the wider field is in our roundup of LinkedIn automation tools.
Does Linked Helper include email outreach?
No. Linked Helper finds emails, it does not send email sequences. Its data credits pay for enrichment at one credit per email address, two for company data and ten for a phone number, and it can push leads to your CRM or a webhook. The campaign builder's 30 plus action types are LinkedIn actions: invitations, messages, InMail, profile visits, endorsements, group and event outreach and post engagement. The email follow-up has to happen in another tool.
That is the part of the stack where most outbound meetings still get booked, and it is what we built AutoMail for. It takes the list Linked Helper enriched, researches each company, writes an opener and follow-ups for that prospect, sends from your own warmed and rotated inboxes, stops the moment someone replies and sends interested prospects your booking link. Pricing is flat per workspace from $39 a month on annual billing, with no per-seat fee, so a five-rep team pays the same as one founder.
Is Linked Helper worth it?
For a hands-on user who wants the most LinkedIn control per dollar, yes. At $8.25 an account it is the cheapest established LinkedIn automation license in the US market, with unlimited campaigns, if/else branching and outreach sources the cloud tools skip, like groups and events. It is a worse fit if nobody on the team wants to own a desktop app or a VPS, or if you expected the Cloud edition to run campaigns for you. In that case a cloud tool such as Dripify costs more and saves the babysitting.
Linked Helper pricing FAQ
How much does Linked Helper cost per month?
Linked Helper Standard costs $15 per LinkedIn account for a one month license and Pro costs $45. Prepaying brings the monthly cost down: a 12 month license works out to $8.25 on Standard and $24.75 on Pro. The Cloud Data Storage edition costs $29.90 and $59.90 for one month, or $16.50 and $33 a month on 12 months.
Does Linked Helper have a free trial?
Yes. Every LinkedIn account you add gets 14 days of full Pro access with no daily caps, AI credits included and no credit card. When the trial ends, campaigns pause and nothing is charged. If you add several accounts on different days, all their trials end on the same date so a team can evaluate together.
Is Linked Helper cloud based?
No. Linked Helper is desktop software on every edition. The Cloud Data Storage edition stores your workspace data on Linked Helper servers in the United States, but the automation still runs on your computer or on a VPS you rent, so that machine must stay on for campaigns to run.
How many LinkedIn accounts does one Linked Helper license cover?
One. A license is tied to one LinkedIn account at a time. You can switch which account it runs, and move licenses between workspaces, but one license cannot run two accounts at once. Teammates without their own LinkedIn account can still get workspace access through roles.
Is Linked Helper safe to use?
No LinkedIn automation tool is safe in the strict sense, because LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits third-party automation and any restriction lands on your own profile. Linked Helper runs from your own machine and IP rather than a shared cloud, and keeping invitations under about 100 a week matters more than which tool you pick.
