Dripify Email Automation, Sending Limits and Pricing Per Mailbox

Dripify sends cold email on every plan from $39 a seat, but from one connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox, 50 emails a day on Basic and 200 on Pro and Advanced, with no warm-up, no SMTP and 100 finder credits a month. When that is enough, and what a dedicated sender costs when it is not.

Dripify can send cold email, and it is included on every paid plan: you connect one Gmail or Outlook mailbox and add a Send Email step to the same sequence as your LinkedIn steps. The limits are the part to check before you rely on it. Dripify caps email at 50 a day on Basic ($39 a seat on annual billing) and 200 a day on Pro and Advanced ($59 and $79), each Dripify account links to a single mailbox, there is no SMTP option, and warm-up is left to you. Each seat also gets 100 email finder credits a month. For a LinkedIn-first rep who wants a follow-up email, that is enough. For a team that books most meetings by email, it is not, and a dedicated cold email tool is the cheaper fix.

What Dripify email automation includes, plan by plan

These figures come from Dripify's own pricing and cold email feature pages, read in September 2026. Prices are per user, and one user connects one LinkedIn account.

Basic$59$39Yes50100One
Pro$79$59Yes200100Unlimited
Advanced$99$79Yes200100Unlimited

Extra finder credits are sold in packs: $29 for 1,000, $49 for 2,000, $69 for 5,000 and $99 for 10,000. A credit is only used when Dripify finds and verifies an address, which is fair. Sending itself is not metered beyond the daily cap.

How Dripify sends email

The mechanics are simple, and that is the appeal. You connect a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account once in settings, or from inside the campaign builder when you add the Send Email action. The step carries an automatic "if email available" condition, so a lead with no address stays on the LinkedIn path. The usual pattern is connect on LinkedIn, run Find Email, then branch: found an address, move to the email follow-up; no address, keep messaging on LinkedIn. Replies land in Dripify's inbox view and are tracked alongside LinkedIn activity. Bounces stop further sends to that address.

Corporate Outlook tenants often block third-party apps until an IT admin approves them in the Microsoft 365 admin center, so budget a day for that if your company runs Microsoft 365. Because your reps now send cold email from their own boxes, it is also worth making sure every one of them goes out with a consistent company email signature rather than whatever each person set up years ago.

The four limits that decide whether Dripify's email step is enough

1. One mailbox per Dripify account

Dripify's help center is explicit that each Gmail or Outlook account can be linked to a single Dripify account, and the integration is for those two providers only. There is no SMTP or IMAP option and no pool of sending inboxes behind one seat. Everything a rep sends goes out through one address on one domain, usually your primary company domain.

2. 50 or 200 emails a day

Basic stops at 50 emails a day and Pro and Advanced at 200. Dripify itself warns that pushing past these limits is not worth it for cold outreach, especially on a fresh mailbox, and recommends easing in. Most cold email practitioners keep a single mailbox well under 200 new cold emails a day, which is why dedicated tools spread volume across several inboxes instead of pushing one.

3. No built-in warm-up or rotation

Dripify's cold email page tells you to warm up new domains and mailboxes and to configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC before scaling. That is the right advice, and it also tells you that warm-up is a separate job. Inbox rotation does not apply, because there is only one inbox. If the primary domain's reputation drops, it drops for every email your company sends, including invoices and customer replies. Our guide on how to warm up an email account covers the setup.

4. 100 finder credits a month

At 100 found addresses a month, the finder feeds roughly five emails a working day of brand new contacts. A rep sending 200 a day needs a list from somewhere else or a credit pack. That is fine if you already buy data, but it belongs in the budget.

What sending volume really costs on Dripify vs a cold email tool

The fair comparison is one rep who wants to reach 1,000 new prospects by email each month, with a follow-up or two. Annual billing throughout.

SetupMonthly software costMailboxes sendingWarm-up and rotationLinkedIn steps
Dripify Pro plus a 1,000-credit pack$881 (your connected Gmail or Outlook)Not includedYes
Dripify Basic, email capped at 50 a day$39 (plus data)1Not includedYes, one campaign
AutoMail Starter$39 flat (plus your list)Up to 5 of your own inboxesIncluded, with a spam check before each sendNo
Dripify Basic for LinkedIn plus AutoMail Starter for email$78 (plus your list)Up to 5Included on the email sideYes

The last row is the usual fix for teams that outgrow Dripify's email step. LinkedIn stays in Dripify, where it is good, and email moves to a sender built for it. It costs about what Dripify Pro plus a credit pack does, and the email half runs on several warmed inboxes on a secondary domain instead of one rep's primary mailbox.

When Dripify's email step is the right answer

  • LinkedIn is the main channel. Email is a single nudge after a connection request goes unanswered, and a rep sends a few dozen emails a day at most.
  • One rep, one inbox, one bill. You would rather not run a second tool, and 50 or 200 a day is above what you plan to send.
  • You want one reply inbox. Dripify threads LinkedIn and email replies in one view, which a two-tool setup does not.

When you need a dedicated cold email tool instead

  • Email books most of your meetings. Then deliverability is the product, and you want warm-up, rotation across several inboxes and a secondary sending domain. See cold email software with inbox rotation for how the pool limits compare.
  • You send from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats bought for outreach. Dripify links one mailbox per account, so extra inboxes do nothing for you there.
  • You want every email written for the prospect. Dripify gives you templates and variables. AutoMail researches each company, writes the opener and follow-ups for that person, pauses on reply and sends interested prospects your booking link. Pricing is flat per workspace: Starter $49 a month or $39 on annual billing with 5 inboxes and 5,000 contacts a month, Growth $99 or $79 with 25 inboxes and 25,000 contacts. See AutoMail pricing.

Dripify email automation questions buyers ask

Can Dripify send emails?

Yes. Every paid Dripify plan includes a Send Email action that sends from a Gmail or Outlook mailbox you connect, inside the same sequence as your LinkedIn steps. Basic allows 50 emails a day and Pro and Advanced allow 200. You can also run email-only sequences without any LinkedIn steps.

How many emails can I send per day with Dripify?

Up to 50 a day on Basic and up to 200 a day on Pro and Advanced, from the single mailbox linked to your Dripify account. Dripify recommends starting lower on a new mailbox or domain and building volume over time, because sending at the cap from day one tends to hurt sender reputation.

Does Dripify warm up email accounts?

Dripify does not list a warm-up feature on its pricing or cold email pages. Its own guidance is to warm up new domains and mailboxes and set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC before you scale. In practice that means a separate warm-up tool or a cold email platform that includes warm-up.

Can I connect SMTP or multiple mailboxes to Dripify?

No. Dripify connects Gmail and Microsoft Outlook only, and each email account can be linked to one Dripify account. There is no SMTP connection and no inbox rotation, so all of a rep's email goes through one address. Teams that need several sending inboxes use a dedicated cold email tool for that half.

Is Dripify email automation included in the price?

Yes. Email steps are on every plan from Basic at $39 a seat on annual billing, with 100 email finder credits per user a month. The costs that sit outside the plan are extra finder credits (from $29 for 1,000), any warm-up tool, and the mailbox itself.

Is Dripify good for cold email?

It is good for a follow-up email inside a LinkedIn sequence. It is not built to be a high-volume cold email platform: one mailbox, a 200 a day ceiling, and no warm-up or rotation. If email is your main channel, pair Dripify's LinkedIn steps with a sender like AutoMail, or look at our Dripify alternatives.
